3News Investigates: Frank Tyson's family says his prison sentence was result of wrongful conviction

Frank Tyson has just been released from a 24-year prison sentence prior to his death while in the custody of Canton police. However, he had attempted to get his name cleared, and his family claims he was wrongfully convicted.
