It's actually a rasta way. The traditional Jamaican way requires meat or fish be involved. My older relatives would never make a dish with just tomatoes and skallions. It's just a mindset but I'm glad more and more we understand that meat or fish are not a must in a meal. Bless up Dorret and Matthew!
