Its funny but Vietnam has all the ingredients for Mexican food except cheeses and creams. When I was there I wanted to thank my host family for keeping so once a week I would offer to make dinner. It was one of those outside kitchens though, those kitchens where they cook with wood in an open hut lol anyways I made Spanish Rice, Carne Asada, home made tortillas and some salsa. I made like 40 dinners out there during my year there but it was always some sort of taco or I used the banh mi to Tortas lol Ingredient wise Vietnam has everything needed to make great Mexican. As opposed to Cambodia where i found finding flour to be a mission lol
