Great job. I had to fix a glory hole in my wife’s room which was “butted” up to the neighbors apartment. I put a piece of “wood” in there and “screwed” drywall screws to it. I left a nail facing the neighbors apt as well. I then stuck a piece of drywall in the hole and screwed it in then mudded it. Can’t even tell it was a glory hole anymore.
Hello Mr. Owens, I have lots of line cracks in the ceilings throughout my whole house (I believe it’s where the drywall butt together). Also some cracks around windows and doors. Do you have any recommendations or videos on how to repair these type of cracks? And what type of mud should be used? Thanks
Hi Warr Datt, thanks for watching! Yes, I have another video on how to tape drywall which I will leave a link for below this paragraph. The video will explain the process but essentially you need to use drywall tape to tape the joints/cracks and use a heavyweight compound during the taping process and switch to a lightweight compound on the last coat so it's easier to sand. Let me know how you make out or if you have any other questions. Good luck! ruclips.net/video/7kg7oiRdJkM/видео.html
