One thing I love about NRS is they get guest character personalities down perfectly. Robocop isn't a wise cracking funny jerk like Johnny Cage, or a total hardass like Spawn. Robocop at heart is a lawful good character trying to do good for the sake of others and they nailed that.
And even he has the same goals as special forces hunt down and apprehend Kano

Because now he would spend his entire life in prison then taking the easy way out.

Kano is pure evil & prideful of it pissing anywhere he wants, while Robocop ironicy is a more humain person with regard for others

I love how even Raiden calls Alex "Officer" he doesnt do that for anyone that ive seen.
An entire narrative done in only intros and outros. I dig it.
One of the things I do love about the Intros and Outros for some of the characters, like The Terminator, is that they have a whole story thing going on depending on what is said. So I do like the fact that Robocop, along with a fellow officer and an ED-209 purchased from the Kollector, is going after Kano.
