You know it would motivate museums to improve their digs so others cant get away and it motivates treasure hunters as well since they can keep a portion of their finds

When scavenging the ocean floor I play this lil game called…finders keepers. I would have thrown those coins back into the ocean before we would have shipped it back to Spain.
