Hey Biggaming; I just want to say thanks for your pre-game chats. Today, I struggled a lot with existential suffering. It left me exhausted before a fraction of my day was over and my pillow became a landing pad for empty tears, per routine.
But your chat today made me feel like maybe there really is something special for me to share with the world, something to chase, and therefore a reason to stick around a little longer. I’m sure this is not the first time you’ve gotten a message like this: and I hope it never ends, because you are helping people with your words and I want you to remember that and keep doing what you’re doing.
I’m happy you found this channel. It may not seem like it now, but things do get better.

i feel like this theme has become more common in recent years especially in horror games, meaning the theme of recovering from abuse, abusive parents, breaking the cycle and ending generational trauma. it's representative of a shift in society. a few years ago, i feel like media related to depression in particular started to become more common, and along with that there was a societal shift in how people viewed depression and seeking help for mental health issues. viewing trends in art is a great way to see how culture is changing. it's really wonderful seeing stigma being broken down and tough topics being talked about.
I know I’ve said this a lot of times, but you’re the best RUclipsr ever. I’ve told all of my friends on the bus and that’s school to subscribe to me as school has been rough and I really liked how you do this intro and then you get on with the game, still saying things that it really helps a lot.😁😁😁😁

it seems to be like a story about someone who fixes everyone else's problems instead of facing their own. it can be easier to help others than it is to help ourself. it's more mentally and emotionally taxing to work on ourselves. at the end the MC finally deals with their own demons, so to speak. it ties right into commentary at the beginning about how parents, mothers in particular, only ever reach out for help when their children are affected. would these mothers even ask for help themselves? the MC is doing the same thing, ignoring her own issues. maybe the MC's mother did the same. the line towards the end of "you're not meant to be here, but i forgive you" makes me feel emotional but i don't know why. maybe after the mother's death, there are still constant reminders. if MC's relationship with their mother wasn't very good, memories can still be painful even if they forgive her after death. at the ending the rules are "find her before she takes you, don't look away." face your problems and don't let them consume you.

I really love how you keep your beginners' struggles (no insult intended) in your vids. You don't see that much anymore, and it makes me feel like less of an idiot when I try games for the first time. Your channel feels the most human out of any other channel I've watched, highest compliments ^-^

Some of these indie devs are so wildly creative with what they put out sometimes. Time and time again, I'm floored by what they can accomplish, usually, in less than an hours gameplay. 💯

somehow you turn the scariest moments into inspiring and fearless ones. I get scared of horror games pretty easily but when you're playing them I feel good, please don't ever turn into a 2024 celeb, that would break my heart to find out
I can’t believe I found someone I actually enjoy watching play horror games online.
In high school my one friend and I would literally play fatal frame together and one of us would do the fighting and the other would navigate.
I’d love to do it this way w this game but there is no time or room for that.

The creepiest thing about this game? How small the circle of light was. I would have taken even a cheap plastic flashlight, that can have break over a weekend, just because it throws a larger circle of light!

if you like space mixed in with horror, i think you would like voices of the void or VoTv for short and to simply to put what you do is you get signals from space and then you can process them into finer ones and etc (its also completely free!)

The comparison to FNAF makes sense given the mechanics, but this really feels like it took that style of game and matured and finessed it immensely. I'm blown away.
