Thanks for sharing this video. I saw the video yesterday and started doing the aasan today. It was very dificult to sit in padmasan. But other i was able to do for 30-45 seconds. I hope with practice i will be able to increase duration. But these aasans are not easy to do, it will need lot of practice and time to get it done properly. Thanks this is very helpful
@@ujjwal2186 I am doing this 4-5 times in a week. Not able to do daily. Not sure if memory has increased, but yes it helps in reducing anxiety. Also my migraine has reduced. Not sure if this is because of yoga or something else, but I saw some benefits.

गुरु जी ,पहला अभ्यास ठीक ठीक नही समझ पाया हूं। मै पहला अभ्यास को, दाहिने नासिका छिद्र से सांस लेता हूं और कुछ देर तक रोक कर रखता हूं,फिर बाएं नासिका छिद्र से छोड़ता हूं।फिर से दोनो नासिका छिद्रों से लंबी सांस लेता हूं,कुछ देर रोकता हूं फिर छोड़ता हूं।।।फिर ये प्रक्रिया दोहराता हूं।।।। गुरु जी मेरा योग करने का तरीका सही है या गलत????
