I've said it before on a previous video, but this is just getting silly now Will 😅 arguably the best boulderer in the world at the minute is a sport climber. Gotta be a serious shout for the Olympics next year.
Outdoor climbing is very different than competition climbing. Will hasn't been on the circuit lately so I don't see him qualifying unless he shifts his focus back to comp climbing.
@@p_booth_fan its a shame for the competition circuits tbh. All these legends spending more and more time outdoors as opposed to healthy balance seems like result of competition climbing deviating in its style extremely in the last 5 years. Fun to watch but does not look ike rock climbing anymore

Also BIblins has a big headwall above the cave lip which is dusty and overhung with plants which you cant bolt or clean off because of access agreements.
This is an interesting question. And probably depends how you define “best all round climber”. Highest sport+boulder grade: Will is definitely up there if not the top, along with those who have sent 5.15 and V16. But I wonder who has sent the most variety of climbing styles at the elite level (slabs, vert, steep, crack)?
It is still Adam Ondra. He did great in competitions / boulders / lead / bigwall / different styles/ on sight and so on... - dont think anyone is there yet
