When my sister died, my youngest sister and I split her belongings. If it was important to her, I gave it to her, and I feel like she did the same for me. My parents estate is held in trust, and though they are still alive, we have a very similar agreement. It's only in the last few years that I've really noticed this insanity over family estates. People sneaking in before they've even alerted the rest of the family and carrying things off. It's incredibly tacky and bizarre, and honestly, if I were a judge, I would find it very difficult to Believe that you loved the deceased so much that, rather than being in shock and mourning, you had to see if you could cream a grand piano and a living room suit on the same truck before your brother got there.
With bipolar there’s something called flights of grandiosity, where you think you are the smartest person in the room. And that might not be true. It’s too bad that her thinking right now is so disorganized
What a horrible waste of time. The crazy lady in the home needs to be held accountable for making false police reports. No wonder the court system is so backed up
I am 61. I now rent so no home for any of my 3 children to fight over. BUT, on many occasions I try to get them to go through all the items of their childhood, the keepsakes, and they won't do it. Try to get them to claim items for themselves. They won't. The only thing I got my 2 daughters to do is go through my rings (wedding ring, anniversary rings, heritage rings - from my ancestors) and they divided it up and even gave 2 rings to my daughter in-law. My son gets my old money collection. They are very fair. BUT other than that - they refuse to sort out the rest.
This reminds me when my parents asked the same of me. For the longest time, I wouldn’t, because I’m lazy. But I know I’m lazy, so I told them to toss at their leisure, just to not tell me when they do.
While I agree that fighting over the division of estate property is sad, sometimes things that hold no great intrinsic monetary value, hold immense sentimental value. Certain items are so special because of the memories they inspire, even if they have next to no monetary value. And I particularly understand squabbling about things that the people who passed away wanted very much to be left to specific people. I believe those final requests should be honored by all.
100%. My grandmother who raised me, gave me a box of jewelry (not talking diamonds or jewels or anything - not high money value but nice and sentimental) a few years before she died. She also had me go through all the decorations , especially the ceramics she made, and had me take everything i would want. And i know why now - i was considered a 'granddaughter' , but she raised me. She wanted to make sure I got everything important and sentimental before she passed. My family is wonderful, I'm not calling them cheats or anything - but looking back she was being so considerate. I was a damned mess when she passed. I was barely present. And she took all thay stress away involving looking through things by making sure I already had them.
My mom got covid a couple years ago it was in the hospital. They thought she was going to die. She was telling me about some life insurance stuff she had gotten. She told me she had put it in both my sister and I's (and this is an eact quote), "so you guys can fight over it." I was just like, "there will be no cutting of trees." 😂😂😂 No, but seriously, I told her there would be no fight because I'm not gonna fight my sister for anything. When my dad died, my brother left a bad taste in my mouth with his greed and selfishness and I won't do that to my sister.

They are fighting over junk... my mother gave away all my father's tools, we did not say a thing! We kept the memories of all the things he made ... what a waste of time😮😮😮😮
56:57 ironic she talks about cleaning. Her room is NOT clean
That courtroom looks like a classroom. That poor judge has such a small desk and is that plaintiff/defendant table in front of him?? I’m not even going to comment on the background view of the woman reporting in from her bedroom and her voice doesn’t go with that person. I wasn’t expecting when i first listened and looked afterwards
I don’t think I would want anything in that house. Ewwww!
Sure Vicky needs a court to force her to stay on her meds or she should possibly lose her freedom...but this entire family needs to lose its right to call the police.
What a waste of resources🤦♂️ Something really bad is going to happen and they're going to slow roll their response because of this nonsense. Or an actual human in the community is going to need the cops and they're going to be tied up with this BS
Yes, and thank you very much for not wearing that red shirt again. LOL That was great!
Plot twist: Vicky is a liar! She moved into their parents house and decided that everything belongs to her. Vicky needs to be hospitalized.
Did she just take a swig out of a two liter?
This could all be settled with some spreadsheets
Spreadsheets and power-point, damnit...where's my pointer??👉🥢👵😾
Where's the Karen Accountant when we need her?!
Vickie is going to hire her for the next case
80 hours… and maybe a box fort full of lawful law
You want dates?
Oh I'm going to court - didn't know I'd need dates! 🤔
Dear GAWD Lady! Clean up, Clean up, everybody everywhere! Clean up! Clean up!
Vicky needs some help cleaning her house….
Yeesh. Slurring her speech by the end of the video. What else is in that 2 liter Pepsi bottle she’s sipping from?
Videos like this really show me the crazy that’s in the world, i hope i never cross anybody like these ppl. Thanks for your videos Mike
Wow...she couldn't make her bed and clean her room before going on camera? What's in that Pepsi?
If she was smoking a cigarette the picture would be perfect.
Not worth it.
"...Vickie could not focus and went off on tangents." Lol! Like in court? Oh my.
FYI, that bra brand doesn't work
To be fair nothing is working especially north of the neck!!
Hey Mike from South Carolina. Hope you're hanging in there. Okie dokie
My mom got covid a couple years ago it was in the hospital. They thought she was going to die. She was telling me about some life insurance stuff she had gotten. She told me she had put it in both my sister and I's (and this is an eact quote), "so you guys can fight over it."
I was just like, "there will be no cutting of trees." 😂😂😂
No, but seriously, I told her there would be no fight because I'm not gonna fight my sister for anything. When my dad died, my brother left a bad taste in my mouth with his greed and selfishness and I won't do that to my sister.
The re-watch has me 😂. Only on LTWM 😂😂
You couldn’t get past the trash… it was a level 5 hoard
That’s brilliant!!🤣🤣🤣
This woman is manic as all get out! Pressured speech, flight of ideas, word salads. Sheesh, I need a nap after watching this train wreck.
In case nobody picked up on it, she works from home. 😂
dishes, utensils... what a waste of time for the court. Just give her the TPO and keep these people away from each other. The stupidity of these people is off the charts.
Vicky is requesting the order etc her siblings are only there because of her.
