There is someone who have done nearly 2 hours tho, and he was doing like 500+ pull ups. Look it up
This one guy have done 160+ one arm pull ups and he was hanging there for over 1h 10 min. I have also seen over 20 min hangs b4 but either way this is really good.
@@PahEz tavio did hang for over 2 hours. But he wasn’t using both hands all the time. He was resting on each. So this way is harder

Nope, since he did one arm at a time to rest the other. The real world record is 36 minutes
The longest duration in the dead hang position is 80 min 41 sec, and was achieved by Kenta Adachi (Japan) in Shunan, Yamaguchi, Japan, on 18 November 2022

I cant think of the name of the game, but there was a post apocalyptic game where a key element was like climbing and you had to hang from I-beams on a bridge, but you had a stamina meter. This dude would have an in-game stamina meter so long I could leave my character hanging while I took a nap and come back to him still chilling. Lul

It’s a different record. This one you aren’t allowed to let go of the bar, the other one you can keep switching hands to rest.

how much does he weigh? he looks about 165. I have hung for 10 minutes 32 seconds at around 212 pnds weight makes a huge difference.

@@hamishmcgloin4979 if your already lifting weights your grip is stronger than an average person, but if you ad high repetition grip squeezes every day or maybe every couple day's and work your way up to the max and do some wrist curles you'll be on your way. you can get a nice metal set from 100lbs to 300lbs grips for $25. 5 piece set
supposedly someone hung for 81 minutes, but they would bring a hand down to get the blood back into there hand and then put it back, also I believe that person was light weight.

That’s where you can switch hands and rest one arm at a time. It’s much easier. This one you’re not allowed to let go of the bar at all.

its not the same... the 2 hour records lets go of one arm at a time hundreds of time to rest ... this record was never letting go of either arm, so he has little to no blood going back to his forearms
