- In this next video for Christmas 2021, I take you along to decorate with me the fireplace mantel. I always decorate our rooms with a different idea and theme each year. This year our fireplace mantel we are toning it down and going very traditional. I am using red berries, red frosted magnolia, red poinsiettas and some gold and metallic picks. I show you how I start out our mantle and how I mount it to the top of the fireplace. We have 2 lanterns that we leave on the top of our mantel year round. I am very fond of how these look on there so they will stay. I incorporate some battery candles on a timer along with some green and berry picks. We are accenting the entire piece with traditional ornaments and some other surprises as well. Our hope is that this gives you inspiration or Christmas fireplace mantel decor ideas of you own. We have just gotten started decorating for our extreme Christmas 2021 season. It’s exquisite. And the elves helping Santa. It can be a postcard or Christmas card. The sleigh is perfect for the amazing Santa and the golden deer. The lights. It’s amazing I can’t get over how amazing it is.

The "frosted" fruit is so beautiful! I like to use them in the garland I hang over the front windows. The catch the light so well!

I think the mantel is beautiful and perfect!!💯🎄 When the focal piece, is a Mark Roberts Santa,🎅 understated elegance is a must. Your regal deer goes perfectly with him. I could watch your intro, with Santa flying past the moon, and the winter wonderland scenes, at the end, over and over.✨ It's starting to look alot like Christmas.🎄🕊️🎀💯🎅🤶

Hi ya Jeff . Nothing like a decorated fireplace . I also do this over my front window pelmet it takes me forever getting on and off the ladder to check if it's ok . Jeff comes in and just shakes his head and smiles . He knows unless it's just right I can't leave it . I'll have a cuppa and go back to it but I can see it from every part of the front of the house . I do over all my openings with garlands . My step father just sits watching me he's 82 he lives with us . But I can't get him to move sometimes so I decorate around him . My Tammy laughs one day mum you'll decorate him to . He agrees . Lol . My colours for the front room are mint green , silver and white I think ? Traditional colours in the family room . I love your enthusiasm and joy for Christmas decorating. Here's what does me in......where do you put all the 'every day' things you must remove in order to decorate? It takes me weeks afterwards to find the family photos, vases, clocks, etc that I've hidden in order to decorate. The mantel looks wonderful.
The pantry gets all the switched out decor ...visible and organized...we have plenty of cupboard space ...I added 5 cabinets to an already big kitchen when we bought the house ! Have garage with shelves and two out buildings ....we have a master bedroom double linen closet with shelves for change out decor. 🔔🎄

The Santa and sleigh and deer those pieces are stunning and the garland and every thing you added made it Grandiose, Chic, classic Xmas colors, gorgeous pics and flowers, the tartan balls/decoration added to the perfection combo along with the 2 little clowns (dont know the name in english of those) and they just hang there by magic holding bubbles -perfect !
