- In this video I show you my take on a Christmas party buffet and setup. I show you how I do this setup on my kitchen island. Our island has a sink so I want to use the entire counter surface here. We have another sink on the other side, so for our buffet we are temporarily hiding the sink. I found a plaid tablecloth that I have had for over 20 years that I wanted for this buffet. I love this tablecloth so I am not cutting it to fit around the counter. Because of this I need to hide the area around the faucet so I use the greens that we just purchased in the last shopping haul. I am using our butcher block that I found at the begininning of the year at an estate sale. Most of the serving items I am using in this project were thrifted or purchased at an estate sale this year. I am serving fruit, cookies, a little meat and cheese with crackers for our Christmas party. So festive!!! Consider incorporating the sink into your next buffet. Fill it with ice and place a shallow bowl or platter of shrimp on top, add another of your pretty crystal bowls for the cocktail sauce, and you have another elegant entree.

When you pulled out that pretty green check tablecloth, I really wondered how you were going to pull it all together with such a print. I had faith and you didn’t disappoint. Being extremely talented as a designer is no sin, but Jeff , you clearly overdo it lol. Love, love, love everything you create and the terrific editing. Very professional.

We are all about buffets at our house. This way you can decorate your buffet and have a beautiful Tablescape on your table. We all stand around the table for prayer and then everyone gets their plates and heads to the buffet. I put the dessert and punch bowl with extra plates and silverware on the buffet set. It’s so festive and just feels like your having a feast for the celebration of Christmas. Love your version and I think this year I’m going to use your idea for roses and ladies breath🌹🎄🥂

Wish I had a kitchen island to use and decorate! I just have a kitchenette - small kitchen. House was originally built as a retirement home in 1956 and sits in 10 1/2 acres! Love what you did with the buffet!

Jeff, what a wonderful buffet presentation. I am sure your guests enjoy the fun & delicious food hosted by you & Angela. Love the lace centerpiece from your mom; my mom & grandmother used them. It seems that each piece told a story. I loved looking at them as a child. The piece you have is perfect by Angela's gingerbread houses.
You have a designer's eye when selecting & using thrifted decor. It is nice to see how you use the items you found. I hope Santa is extra nice to his favorite elf; you are a treasure!

When the candles are lit it makes it spin. It is metal and ornaments are magnets. It is also a music box. Very special. The company Partylite sold these about 18 years ago maybe...might find it on Ebay now.😉👍🎄👫

Your kitchen is an wall to wall Christmas 🎄 fun and cuteness.🍬🌹. Decorating for any occasion is your speciality, and you get 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s from me. Loved all of the vintage glass, and the candleholders were perfect! You could camouflage your faucet (from those wee little hands) by wrapping it in ribbon, and hanging a little lantern or bell from the spout. 😆 Hoping for a table decorated with nothing but Ruby ♥️ Red and Emerald 💚 Green glass with some vintage Christmas items sprinkled around !!!♥️💚🍷🍾♥️💚🍷🍾

Beautiful buffet. If you want to do something fun with your napkins, hold them in one hand and put a glass on top of them with your other hand. Press down on glass and spin. It will separate each napkin, and also make a pretty spiral. You give me so many ideas and inspiration I just though I would share one with you.

I love a buffet but I want to sit at the table with the green glasses..😁. I enjoy layering a smaller table cloth over a larger one since I have so many vintage cloths. Your buffet is beautiful with the fruits and cheeses and ham, cookies and pie..very nice and of course the music.👍💕

My 6 year old grandson is always curious about the "sprayer" on my sink. Wondered how it worked. Iwe were both standing right against the sink. I didn't have the water on, but when I pushed the button, water shot him right in the eye. We were both shocked and laughing so hard. I have a small home and have been elected to have Christmas dinner for about 18 people. I was just wondering if my family would be disappointed if we just did a buffet. Funny this was the first video that popped up this a.m. You gave me something to consider. I love how you use unconventional pieces on your buffet. It's truly beautiful.
