Maybe this will get UA attention sense customer service got me no where. Accidentally sent you guys a LL BEAN hoodie and sent LL bean two UA hoodies, mixed up the return shipping labels for a exchange. Called UA customer service said they received it and there is nothing they can do to send it back. So I’m out a $80 hoodie,on the other hand LL bean called me as soon as they got my shipment with the two UA hoodies and shipped it back no charge and provided me another return shipping label for when UA sends back the wrong item I shipped them.
UA make let’s make it right don’t tell me I’m the first who’s accidentally mixed up return shipping labels, and to tell your customers sorry not our problem. I find it odd there return department doesn’t view what’s being returned to notice it’s not even there’s and it had my return slip in the package.
Honestly only reason I have interest is from Deion sanders Jackson state meeting
