It would be a good idea to make a tang punch that you could use over and over I never thought about that until this vid it's a good idea make various sets of punches all of which could be used on multiple tangs

No, the bearings are 52100 steel which is a great blade steel

Just a thought, what if you started with one of those fancy neodymium magnet thingys in the center of your project? I wonder if it would make things more symmetric and keep the powdered steel where it should be. Just a thought
