🌇50+% of investors might be realtors themselves. Almost all agents I met own condos 4 rentals. Enforcing multi-offers & fueling buyer competitions by all means like madness weren't options to them. There are the obvious conflicts of business interests between realtors and rentals/(re)sale bizs. We need legislation to ban realtors from rental bizs.
