In Icc had like 10s, in DD had 12s (6s less than Seulgi which is a lead vocalist), in OOTN had 14s (thats a lot of the type of song and her vocals), in RR she had 19s (3s less than Joy who had the most lines). Sub-vocalist of other groups barely get 10s (most of them get like 5s-6s), i don't know where the pity party for Yeri come from but if you expect her to have as much lines as vocal line, you're wrong (sometimes she even has as much as vocal line and even more than some of them).

With 7 years training, I definite agree for Seulgi to lead most of the song to pay off her 7 years of training. I'm shocked with Joy tho~ she used to have the 2nd lead or 3 lead
depends on the group (number of members) and if we are able to figure out the parts before hand. also if there are tiny parts to cut or just a lot of different parts in the song it will take us a bit longer to make and render the video so on average 40 min - 1 hour
tbh seulgi deserves the lines even though i am a irene-stan. Joy has a new drama which is filming right now so it's reasonable to have less line. She is so busy

It's BAEKHYUN NOT BACON!! i think it's because wendy is the main vocal who mostly gets the difficult parts of the songs because she has a higher range (e.g high notes) while seulgi is the lead vocal, usually getting most parts based on my understanding of main and lead vocals :) but love them both ❤️

Joy already had a fair share of lines in the previous album releases. In fact in almost all of their title track she ranks 2nd or 3rd in line distributions. whereas yeri and irene were receiving a couple few lines and this is the time for both of them to shine in terms of vocals.. but hey the line distribution is quite fair, it is just that seulgi and wendy did the adlibs and is added to their distribution time (reason for the big time gap of singing between the girls) :)

if it werent for the slow parts that seulgi and wendy sang, its pretty even! i like how this song is pretty evenly distributed between all members :)) some songs (may be from other groups) have a HUGE difference in the line distribution, and it is really unfair to the person with least amount of lines. This can happen when there are alot of people in a group and some individuals in that group is the lead or main singer, which takes over most of the song :(( Life isnt fair, which is sad

In the grand scheme of things, line distributions really don't matter concerning Red Velvet. They're heavily involved in their songs and trust if a member isn't getting the obvious lines, they're involved in harmonization and/or backing vocals.
2:15 to 2:20 Always weird when people use Harmonisation as "Line Distribution" to me, her "voice" is being used no differently to a Piano key accompanying the other Instruments (it's background noise really) There is allot of this in all Line Distribution video's, it is especially frustrating when people use this "Line Distribution" as some kind of Justification to hate on a group (not necessarily Red Velvet)
