Hey guys, love the videos. We've been watching your journey for a few months now and are looking to do the same. We are looking for a company to handle the move (documentation, setting up business etc). I think we saw you mention this in a video previously but now cannot find it. Do you have the name of the company you used and would you recommend them? Thanks! (reposted here in case you didn't see on the last video!)
Congrats on your soon to be move 🙌🏼 We used Meydan FreeZone, lots of docs.. process can be stressful but not too bad 🫣 I am glad it’s done now though! Just be prepared when you move there is a lot to sort but once It’s done it’s worth it!
I’m looking to move to Dubai in 25, I own a few childcare nurseries in UK. How do I go about being tax free in Dubai with my uk companies. Not the companies but my salary/dividend I take from them? Watched you from the start and it’s amazing to see how much you’re enjoying it, keep up the positive vids and hopefully tie in when I’m eventually over.
Hi, a couple of questions I would appreciate if you can answer. 1. What made you pick an apartment over a house? Do you know where you buy a property? 2. Would you employ a nanny/housekeeper?
Hey 👋🏼 yes sure We chose apartment as townhouses & villas are way over our budget that are close by to the boys school. I personally wouldn’t hire a nanny or maid as I have the flexibility with my work to be able to do the school runs etc.. it is very common here in Dubai to have a nanny.
Hi Both, Absolutely love your videos, so informative. I am considering moving from the UK to Dubai next year. I have a few questions please if you don’t mind. If I move to Dubai on the 06/04/2025 when the 2025/26 tax year starts with the intention of not returning back to the UK, as I will be spending less than 16 days in the UK in the new tax year (2025/26), am I classed as a non UK tax resident straight away on the 06/04/2025? Also if I draw on my UK limited company dividends and UK savings interest will these be tax free being a non UK resident in Dubai? What is the cheapest and quickest way to move money from your UK bank account to your Dubai bank account? Thank you so much.
Hi, I think I have asked this before so sorry for repeating the question. Please can you share your experience in regards to driving in Dubai? I have heard from most people that it's horrible. Any advise would be welcome. Also, how do you compare the standard of the school there compared to here? Do you feel the learning/curriculum is better than here. And lastly, have you been to Arabian Ranches and is it a place you'd recommend to others? Thanks so much. ❤
Hey 👋🏼 Adam is fine with the driving he did it every time we visited prior to the relocation. I only drove once we moved … must say it’s not as bad as it feels from the passenger seat 😅 advice just do it, longer you leave it the more you build it up in your head. Driving is not chill here … requires concentration and your mirrors are key! We are happy with the school, more variation of subjects from a primary POV compared to UK. We haven’t explored Arabian ranches but I know it’s popular with families.
@@ourdubaidiary hey thanks so much for your response. Could you please maybe tell us a bit more about the difference in school (not just education but also extra curriculars etc). Thanks. I guess I am a nervous driver so maybe I am overthinking it a bit too much!
Bro Emirates I'd how mony day stay in dubai

Hi
Could you please share your reviews on WIO bank? It seems many clients are not happy with their customer service
We have had no issues as yet, but we haven’t had the need to contact customer service.

@@ourdubaidiaryevery driver is from somewhere different but drive how you normally would
You are so right about building it up!
My mother you might know drove a week ago and said the only other thing is driving on the left not right
