The way Mr. Blechacz plays this piece here is a bit different from when he recorded it for his album back in 2005.
I would say the playing is all together softer and gentler compared with before. But you're welcome to make your own assessments.

Thank you very much for this rarity! Indeed, it's slightly different interpretation to his early recording, but I love both of them. And what can I say about this music... Debussy is my 2nd favourite composer, and this is a good example why.

I must admit I'm not much of a Debussy fan, but I like some of his pieces. Also, I appreciate very much how his compositions allow Mr. Blechacz to display his amazing playing capabilities.
Interesting observations. I understand why you might've not uploaded this recording, but I'm happy you did it.
Blechacz's touch is so light. I can imagine someone taking their fingers off the keyboard quickly and making a slight staccato, but to play debussy with the pedal and still do it so lightly. How?
I'm constantly amazed by his techniques as well. The first time I heard him play, my first reaction was that I've never heard the piano make such sounds!
It's especially obvious when he's playing concertos, because sometimes I can't tell the piano apart from other string instruments.
@@r.blechaczradio The pieces that I have heard many times, under his fingers are completely new and fresh. This is the highest level of virtuosity. He's a genius...

Debussy no es Chopin. No es la interpretación apropiada, demasiado brillante. Debussy requiere un cierto desgano y más empaste.
