No, not a big deal at all Mike, I was just poking some fun. I do think that technically is it supposed to be pronounced "Kar-now-bah" but virtually nobody says it that way. Keep up the great work!!
@topexotics Squeeze the side of the jar with the hand that's holding the jar. You an also rub back and forth although there's not a lot of room... just do your best. You could also warm the sides with a hair dryer and this will help re-stick the wax to the side of the jar. -Mike
does he really have to verbalize every little thing.. like "I'm going to open the jar,.... and place the top right here ...oh everything's clean so it's ok to put here" like holy cow takes patience watching this
@redneon99 Personal Preference and it depends upon whether or not you have a machine. I personally prefer to apply waxes and paint sealants by machine but I show all kinds of techniques because people are different. Each person can pick and choose what works best for them. -Mike Phillips
@redneon99 Hi redneon99, That would be personal preference. This video was about how to use a specific technique "by hand". But you can do it both ways and some people like to use a machine and some people like to relax and enjoy waxing by hand. -Mike Phillips
Use a light paint cleaner. Any light paint cleaner, also called a pre-wax cleaner should remove it. Pinnacle makes a light paint cleaner that works really well and can be used by hand or machine. Pinnacle Paintwork Cleansing Lotion. If you look at the Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax it's a light white color, not red so the red staining must be coming from something else? -Mike Phillips
I have been ordering from autogeek for years and they have great products some that you can't find in places like walmart. I love the product Klasse a little expensive but I think for the results you can't beat it. The only draw back from ordering is the shipping and handling is a little expensive. Very good website !
Can't be the wax because it's not red. Is your Nissan painted with a red single stage paint? Also if your car has a lot of plastic trim you need to either avoid getting ANY wax on the trim or do like I do and tape it off using painter's tape. -Mike Phillips
Can u please tell me correct method and steps to get rid off swirls u can only see them if you look closely at my car I use mothers products and auto zone buffer
no Mike my Nissan is full silver all over no other color neither no plastic trims as well, however if its not that caused the red stains what do you suggest i use to remove it .... Rajesh ....
@autogeek Sir, what do you think about Turtle Wax (Hardshell/Carnauba Wax)? here in the Philippines, we don't have a wide array of different brands for car wax and other car accessories..Is the Turtle Wax ok? I can't even find paint sealants here, unless I order it from Ebay.. I'm planning to have my old car repainted(washover), and I'm asking for you opinion on a good/decent brand of car wax..thanks
hey mike, is it ok if i use a layer of carnauba wax for the shine first then add a layer of synthetic or longevity? will this affect the performance or anything negativly?
@autogeek hi, i have a problem: when I spin the applicator and the jar to get the wax of the jar the wax block spins too and i don't get the friction between the applicator and the wax. that's because there is a tiny little space between the wax and the jar walls. how should I fix that? thanks in advance
Best thing to do would be to join the www.AutogeekOnline.net discussion forum as it's a LOT easier for me to share how-to information, pictures and videos instead of this little tiny message box here on RUclips. -Mike Phillips
Besides that, you need to get a dual action polisher like a Porter Cable, a 5" backing plate and some 5.5" LC Flat Pads and then a high quality polish. -Mike Phillips

Hey Mike i got a question on a product from meguiars ultimate compound what those it actually do? Can you explain it to me please i dont know if it good for my moms car its mercury mountaineer 2009 white color creamy pearl, since you have more experience?
Autogeek If you are applying Polish by hand with a Microfiber Applicator Pad....do you want to do it in straight lines overlapping? Or circular motion overlapping?
lightningsmokerXx If you're applying an ABRASIVE polish and the goal is to remove paint in an effort to level the surface which is how you remove swirls and scratches, then I'd recommend rubbing in straight lines. A MUCH better way would be to purchase any type of dual action polisher and learn to remove swirls and scratches by machine. You'll get better results much faster. Best waxing video on RUclips...
Any clean, soft foam wax applicator pad will work, just make sure it's clean and the paint surface is clean too. -Mike

Look at that paint! Only a quality carnauba can do that. I also like Meguiar's Gold Class carnauba. Btw, I want that car.

not repair but mask
use a sealant and leave it for like 20-30 minutes
the sealant would fill those swirl marks for you then you buff it off
Will it work on rear view mirrors?
i used the wax on my nissan tida and it leave alot of red stains, WHY? am so mad now.......
Hi mike! Can I ask what would be the best wax for paint work that hasn't been detailed for 2 years?
A cleaner/wax unless you want to do a dedicated polishing step first or use a pre-wax paint clenaer.
-Mike Phillips
ohh yeah, I forgot :D thanks
