And what you think next shows what kind of a person you truly are. The mom was not homophobic, she was simply shocked, and I hope my mom was like that. It's been 4 years since I came out, and she still forces me to like boys. I'm happy for the people in this video. They would never need to live their life pretending to be someone they aren't.
The fact that my dad would secretly judge me but accept me in front of people hurts me a lot. Even though they say that they're fine with it, the judgement is still there.
I hope you'll come up with a reverse version of this where the parents are the LGBTQ+ and the young adult sons/daughters are the Herosexual ones. Or Maybe where both parents and children are LGBTQ+

I love the mom (the most) with 2 children. I'm also a gay person living with my partner (for more than 2 years na) and our 6 furkids and a pig. Our parents accepted us for who we are and we are lucky to have them. I wish for the Philippines and the world to have families which are more accepting about their child's gender preference.

I really appreciate this topic that u have. I was touched by these proud parents. I even cried dun sa mother na nag offer ng free hugs during the Pride March. 🌈 My parents tolerate my sexuality, but I feel they still don't fully accept me for who I am. Hopefully this kind of video could educate more people to be open-minded and compassionate. 🌷

Big factor i think yung environment sakin in my case or that’s what my mom thinks. Nagstart lang with that but eventually going into college and work, di naman na nagchange so maybe ganto talaga. I have friends din na like what you said, ganun situation hehe but spread the love pa din 🤗🌈

It's still case by case. Some are influenced by the environment and some are already gays from birth. I've always been gay before i knew it.
