All the beauty and passion.... they couldn't really end it in any coherent way... Dynasty did not contain within itself an ending of any kind. It had unleashed a pageant too primal and universal to ever end.
What a FAILURE! Lets see WHO if ANYONE can answer any of these questions: 1- Alexis never owned Colby Enterprises. Yet there she was getting a massage in that very building. ANd its located in LA when the reunion didn't have any California scenes (but a few references). And the answer "it was an oversight i dont take. Primarily because you can tell its obviously an old exterior shot of The Colbys, and also it's same exact team did this nightmare did the series. All they had to do was pull and old exterior shot of ColbyCo, Alexis trillion dollar company so many stories focused around in the series that i dont even believe was mentioned in this thing?? 2- Why is the house different inside? "The whole place has been changed around" is the only reference given. Changed by who? Blake still owned it the last season. Even being in jail and with Krystal in Swiss hospital plenty of care taking staff to look after it. 3- Miles is there, for no reason at all. Bad enough to have him there just stirring up trouble as alays (but providing some badly needed EYE CANDY as he still looked buff as hell) couldnt he at least give mention as to where Sable and Monica were since the played major parts in the last season?
And not only that Fallon and her half little sister baby Kristina was both held hostage and burried in a cave at gun point by Roger grime's son!!! But the reunion never explained how they escaped and where is Roger grime's son now? And sable was pregnant with dex child her cousin ex husband yes we know Alexis Carrington survived the fall of the balcony dex died. But what happened to sable and the pregnancy? Why is it Blake and Alexis never talk about there youngest daughter Amanda Carrington I guess they disowned her they only claim the other 3. 😂😂🤟 Yes I rather dynasty would've kept season 9 ending if they wasn't going to make an effort to explain everything
I do believe Aaron spelling to this day believed that dynasty was going to get renewed on ABC for a season 10 but got cancelled in 9 that's why it was such a crashing cliffhanger. But the reunion was only a 2 hours. And dynasty had too many story plot's going on for them to finish the series in 2 episodes ABC at least could've giving them 8 or 9 episodes too wrap up everything. And dynasty season 9 was really good it was a comeback after 2 weak season's but by the time they finished season 9 it was too late ratings dropped and ABC pulled the plug on the show. Yes the reunion nothing truly get's resolved I just pretend it doesn't exist.

The home video scene was the most bizarre scene in all of Dynasty, and that's going some. "L.B., Danny, Lauren--here's a clip of your mothers looking like a couple of female mud wrestlers!" Why in the name of lily ponds everywhere would Blake show that to the kids?
Is this really a house or just a backdrop. Anyway. It is so ugly. A bordello/Monster High Mansion mix. And Fallons outfit...OMG. Like a Brenda Walsh double contest.

Emma Samms was great as Holly Scorpio on General Hospital...but she was INSANELY HORRIBLE as Fallon
It was both her acting and the writing - but there were some glimmers of hope in the 9th season of Dynasty.
Only to those who insist that she should have entirely replicated Pamela Sue Martin.
