Loved this look! And not that I need any more bronzers, but this colorscience bronzer looks amazing, especially with that slight red undertone. My skin always pulls a little red naturally after being in the sun, so a bronzer that mimics that look is perfection 👌🏻

Love the natural look you created! I wish I could pull it off but I always get pink in the summer heat, especially right when I’d like to look my best (I’m very fair with thin sensitive skin and close blood vessels) so I always wear color makeup - not so much the coverage as to color-correct. I’m also a terrible ingredients nerd and go for physical sunscreen (thus I find Colorescience products problematic because of butyloctyl salicylate high up the list and the question of it’s solar stability, just as with the other salicylates), so yes I used to struggle to find the best combo of good sunscreen + foundation. Now my HG suncreen+foundation+moisturizer-in-1 is Sisley Tinted Sunsreen Cream: it gives enough moisture in the summer to use it alone (over a serum), it has good medium and buildable coverage (!), runs in several shades of which #0 Porcelain is truly fair with neutral/warm undertone (easily NC10-12 !). And it has large % of physical sunsreen, which together with its creamy texture makes for a no-nonsense SPF protection. In winter I do have to use a moisturizer underneath. So for me it totally justifies its hefty price. It gives a lot of radiance which I sometimes choose to tone down with Jane Iredale PowderMeSpf. Then, for rainy days or indoors I can go easy and use Jane Iredale Amazing base (the loose powder foundation, at has Spf 25) built to a medium coverage over a low-spf moisturizer. For color products (blush etc) I only go for powder products because I love the ease of work and texture and everything ☺️ and powders don’t interfere/lift the base products underneath them.

I can only wish I could afford the colorscience products. Dr Dray recommends them all the time & uses both the pink sticks as a lippie & it's so cute & SPF! Wayne Goss did a great video showing us just how much regular foundation we'd need to put on to even compare to a sunscreen & it was crazy how much! Great look btw
I think a lot of people still don’t get the message that foundation is not sunscreen. I blame it on the companies advertising strategies Especially IT cosmetics pitches on TV shopping channels
Oh for sure! I always advocate using a separate sunscreen underneath foundation. I don't like to rely on just a makeup product at all.

HI, How do you compare the Revision to Glo skin primer? which do you prefer? thanks
The revision is much more hydrating and not as smoothing as the glo skin. It stay tackier as well. The glo skin really works well to smooth out the skin and fill in pores as well as give a tint. I love them both because they are so different. I use the glo skin as a primer/makeup and the revision more as an actual SPF.
How do you reapply sunscreen over makeup during the day? I have melasma and have yet to find a way to do it without disrupting color corrector and concealer
I use the jane iredale Powder me SPF sunscreen all throughout the day, and I don't find it messes up my makeup at all.
Hello! I just came across your video and I had to subscribe!! I love this look so much! Question: Do you spray a setting spray over your finished look? I have oily skin and use the UD Deslick..or would setting spray not work over the Revision/Colorescience? Also, what is your skin type and does the Revision/Colorescience last all day like a foundation would? Thanks!♥️
Hey Julie! Thank you so much! I don't use "setting sprays" in the sense that I need help with makeup staying, but I do use hydration sprays at the end of almost all makeup I do. My fave is the Jane Iredale Pommist. I think in the case of having oily skin, you could definitely try the de slick. I don't think it will hurt it by any means. I have normal skin; occasionally it is dry due to retin a, but that is rare; especially in the summer. I have no issues with this combo staying on all day. :) Hope this helps!
Can you tell me if the Revision Intellishade TruPhysical is more neutral or more warm? I'm light/med olive w/rosacea and need something truly neutral or it looks orange on me. thanks :)
I personally find it to be more neutral; leaning a bit warm, but definitely not orange; at least not on me. :)

Can you help me find single pan of eyeshadow soft bronze you had on your eyes? I don’t want to buy whole palette because I have been looking for soft bronze without too yellow because I have cool tone skin thanks!
I don't know of one that is like the one I used from the palette...it's such a unique shade of gold/bronze. I will be on the lookout though!
Hi, I have a question: the 3-in-1 is expensive for me. So could you use the colorscience, revision or in my case I ordered mdsolarscience bb cream spf around / under and on eye's or even half concealer mixed w/ tinted moisturizer or bb cream or colorscience? Isn't it safe to put colorscience or revision on the eye area?
Hi Candice...yes, I find that as long as it's a physical SPF, it is safe to use around the eye. Some chemical ones are ok too, but tend to burn more if they run and get into the eye.

Is there a dupe or substitute for the tinted moisturizer/spf ? The one you use is quite pricey for a tinted moisturizer.
Hey Marianne! I haven't found one that is that high in SPF as well as has all the amazing skin care ingredients in it like the revision. I will keep you up to date if I do find one. :)

Do you use a Vitamin C Serum?
I do! My favorite is the Truth Treatments C Serum.
I was looking for a video of someone using it on the eyes because the website says it hasn't been tested on eyes, but it also doesn't say it's like dangerous for the eyes or anything.
I haven't had any issues with it on the eyes. :)

Just a heads up, you shouldn’t mix sunscreens! Sunscreens rely on their very specific formula to work, and mixing two completely different products can compromise that. Two shades of the same product will likely be fine, but two different lines/brands is a very bad idea
I have always been told that mixing two physical sunscreens is fine, it's the mixing of chemical and physical or two chemical where the problem lies. Either way, I wear a single sunscreen 99% of the time. Thanks for watching!

It's probably not a great idea to mix sunscreen formulations together, you could be messing with the spf.
As long as you mix physical sunscreens together and not a physical and a chemical, you are fine.
@@MandyDavisMUA From my working knowledge I don't think that's true. The formulation matters for all sunscreens and mixing two regardless of whether it's organic/inorganic could change dilute the spf
