Yep lol. That's one of the reasons I don't think the skins in the shop are actually worth their price at all. At least will OWL skins you can get them by just watching the League's streams, so I appreciate those skins more.
Yeah basically its ridiculous to collect skins, your opponents and teammates probably see more of it than you, if they even notice. The little portrair in the corner of your screen is nice though. This still doesnt stop me from collecting them and finding them awesome though :)

They need to give you tokens for playing competitive mode because some people don’t or can’t connect they’re accounts.
These are actually some pretty nice skins, I can’t watch much of the streams because of my time zone but I’m getting pretty close to a team skin but now that I’ve seen some of those legendary skins I’m saving up for those now

But talking about the skins, oh yeah there's some pretty nice ones. The Widowmaker skin is definitely one of my favourite legendaries from OWL. I also really like Mercy's All-Star skin too. Overall, they're all just really nice. I definitely recommend saving up for some of them!
@@Kamiroon Yeah they’re very late for me, I’m in the uk so they usually start about 7:30-9 for us so you don’t really get to watch much of the streams so that’s why I was so thankful the encores counted towards the drops for the mid season madness
It sucks that they don't do encores all of the time. Like I get why they wouldn't want to, but like not everyone that watches is in the Americas. Especially since leaving the stream on overnight isn't always an option either.

That sucks that you missed the Ramattra skin, but as long as you watch some streams, you're gonna be golden when it comes to getting OWL skins. Whether that be the ones you earn from watching, or the legendaries that come out or already have come out! I apologize that this video never came out sooner, the idea for it was suggested to me about a week ago and I finally made it.

There really is a lot of stuff when it comes to Overwatch League, that's for sure! Not too long ago, I didn't even know about more than half of the current OWL skins. So I'm glad I could let you know about some things whether that be the skins, pick'ems, or whatever it was!

There is 1 OWL skin that you either forgot or didn’t put on the list because you know that is isn’t sold any more. Alien Zarya was the last MVP OWL skin (Voted MVP players in an OWL season were able to personally direct the design of a skin with the art team. The first MVP was Jjonak who made the Zen-Nakji skin). Alien Zarya was made by Sinatraa, but was discontinued after allegations came out. It’s the only skin in the game that was offered by Blizzard to be refunded. Needless to say, it will not come back, so if you have it, it’s one of the rarest skins in the game.
Yeah, not including it was deliberate. I have a little section in the description mentioning the video not including the Zarya skin. That whole situation caused them to never do that type of stuff again, which is sad, but it's definitely the safer option.
I thought about putting the Zarya skin it, but with it never coming back, I don't want to get anyone's hopes up for it.

And yeah I had to mention you lol. Like it just wouldn't feel right if I didn't when I brought up the emote. Regarding the Dance Party emote, it showed up during 2021's OWL season, and then returned for the 2022 OWL finals. So like It's gotta make a 3-pete! well... hopefully!
Remember though, the vault doesn't usually open until right before, during, or after the finals (Finals happen late October - early November). So there's still a decent wait until then. As we get closer to that time, I'm sure will get more news on it.

One quick question: Is this all the unique owl skins for all characters or theres more not included here? For example, is there any other skins for Widow or just Ange de la morte?

And regarding the skins, it has every OWL skin included from the beginning of OWL to July 2023 (that means Wicked Moira was the last new one, and Widow only has the "Ange de la Morte" skin). But that means the Zarya Climber team based skins are not in it, since they are newer.
The only skin that was not included was Zarya's Alien skin, but that skin will not return. The skin was made for an OWL player (MVP of the season) but it was revealed that he was abusing his significant other, so Blizzard quickly updated the skin, offered refunds, and they are probably never bringing it back.
Other than that, this is all of them.

Yeah, I was going to include the Alien skin in this video, but I feel like the chances of it returning are basically zero and we all know why that is. I didn't want to put that skin in the video because it might get somebody's hopes up and then they're just waiting indefinitely. It sucks though, because it really is her best skin

Hey! Loved the video. Can u tell me which filter setting you use to see most of the skins? I personally click all the filter options except the seasons one but can never find happi genji or zen skins.
Certain skins don't show up in the Hero Gallery regardless of what settings you use. The only reason I can see skins like Happi Genji, Zen, etc. is because I already own them.
So honestly, you probably don't need my settings because from what I can tell, you are doing exactly what I would do. Well either that, or just clicking one filter at a time. I have no idea why some OWL skins don't appear though. Like you can't see original Luchador Reaper skin, but you can see the Team based Luchador ones though. It's very strange...

Sadly, the skin will be gone this upcoming Tuesday... So you won't be able to get enough tokens before that.
However, it could return around the Playoffs/Finals. Last season, OWL brought back all of the OWL 2022 released skins (Luchador - Reaper, Royal Knight - Mercy, Happi - Genji, Clockwork - Zenyatta) during that time (This wasn't considered the OWL vault, it was more of just another chance at getting them)
So, there is still a very good/high chance you'll be able to get it later!

Can you watch old owl streams and get coins or does it have to be LIVE
You have to watch the OWL streams LIVE. Watching previous vods do not count towards earning coins.
Can I watch old live streams to get coins or should it be new / live ones?
Sadly, you can't watch old vods to earn OWL tokens. They only way to get them is through active live streams and morning recalls (those are premieres, but are still technically live streams)
A morning recall is usually just one of the East region matches (usually when they are in a bracket/tournament like the knockout stage) that are scheduled for premieres. These premieres also allow you to earn tokens. They happen just a little bit before the West OWL streams happen.

I have a question because the Vault event is going on right now, is it continuous? The Overwatch League store says it refreshes in 4 days does that mean we’ll see a different rotation of old OWL skins to purchase on the next rotation?
I can't be 100% sure but since it uses the word "refreshes", I'd assume more skins from the vault will come after these ones leave. It'll probably do this multiple times, bringing back old skins like Flying Ace, all of the All-star skins, etc.

I remember when Happi first came out, I wasn't that big on it. But it's literally become my favourite Genji skin overtime, it's nice and simple, plus the little gold fish in the bag of water makes it's 10 times better haha.

The vault always comes back around the finals (whether that be right before, during, or after). This video doesn't confirm it, but blizzard will more than likely bring it back again like they have always done. So you still have quite a lot time to save, because the finals aren't until late October - early November.
The video just explained what it was because I feel not many actually know how the vault works! Also, It's good that you have already so many tokens PLUS the Moira skin! (Awesome skin in my opinion)

1 question: do i have to watch the stream fully of i can just watch like 10-20 mins and go away??
Well the stream needs to remain on and at its most current point (Live, not behind or anything)
If those things are good to go, just make sure your battle net account is connected and you can leave it on your computer and do other stuff.
Recommendations though, at least keep the stream open (don’t minimize it) and every so often be sure to check if the stream is current/up-to-date. Hopefully this helps!

I have no clue, this video showcases every single one besides the team based Rock Climber Zarya ones. Other than that, the only other skin is Alien Zarya, but that skin most likely will never come back because of situation revolving around that skin (That's why it's not included in the showcase)
Do u know when will mercy 2019 all Atlantic skin will come?
I don't have exact dates, but it'll most likely come back when they bring back the OWL Vault. Majority of the time, the OWL vault comes back after the OWL Grand Finals which happens in October this year. That means the vault could come back around then, but also may be a couple months even after that. Last time the vault opened it was January - February of this year.
My best guess would be anywhere from late 2023 - early 2024
Not long started playing Overwatch and only just found out about this. How often is the overwatch league?
Well first, welcome to Overwatch! I hope you're having a fun time playing it!
Regarding the Overwatch League (OWL), their seasons usually go from early Spring to late Fall/Autumn, this end of the 2023 season is October. And most of the time the matches/streams run from Fridays to Sundays. Currently OWL is on break and will resume this Saturday August 26th. The East streams are usually at 1 AM PT | 4 AM ET | 9 AM UK Time and the West streams are usually at 12 PM PT | 3 PM ET | 8 PM UK Time. So you can start earning tokens next Saturday.
However, there's been some news (sort of) recently that talked about how the OWL could potentially be ending after this season is over. There's no confirmation on it, but the team owners will be voting on whether or not to continue. So after this season, a whole lot could change on how Overwatch esports works and it's rewards.

Tokens are only available on Overwatch League season matches. The streams start back up on Thursday, July 13th, an then will happen every weekend.

When do u predict the ange de la mort widow skin will come back?
Whenever the OWL vault comes back. The OWL vault releases waves of skins throughout. Like for a couple of weeks it may be the all-star skins, then it could change to the 2018 & 2019 champion skins.
Basically the vault will most likely happen after the playoffs/finals, so you can expect it anywhere from late 2023 to early 2024

As long as the OWL Vault returns, it's very likely that the Widow skin and all others will return. The vault usually returns around Grand Finals. That means it could be just before, during, or after.

It's honestly a hard one to know. I feel like I can't see them just removing the OWL section without them at least doing at least one last massive OWL Vault. If they do that, I'd assume a lot and maybe even all previous OWL skins would return (whether that be through a weekly rotation or something else).
I do believe there is still hope when it comes to the Luchador Reaper returning! I know this isn't confirming but hopefully this helps you out a little bit!

Sadly no, there is no way to get the original OW1 owl skins anymore.
I‘m still pissed I didn‘t know about them taking the overwatch 1 League skins out and them probably never returning..
Yeah they didn't give enough time to grab them imo. Like even if it was like 3 weeks or month in advance, OWL wasn't even really going on, so even if you wanted some of the Original OWL team skins, you would have to buy more tokens...

I think it'll be very... and I mean very... unlikely. They seemed pretty adamant on not bringing them back. Plus there would probably be some uproar about it too because some people probably bought a bunch of tokens to get them because of FOMO (Fear of missing out).

Are you referring to the OWL team recolours? If so, then there is no way to get the OW1 versions anymore, they were replaced back in March.
But a bunch of the Legendary OWL skins are based off of the OW1 models.
@Kamiroon hey dude, i had the same question, do you think they will never come back? Not even in some type of vault like with the normal league skins? I had a lot of tokens that I wanted to spend on skins but decided to wait for ow2 skins release and choose between ow1 and ow2 skins, i did this not knowing they were going to make the first ones unavailable and now i want them back, for example genji skins were way better in ow1 and i couldnt get toronto defiant and san francisco shock.
@@franco5866 From what I can tell, I really do think the original OW1 owl team skins won't be back.
These skins will be just like the old owl team skins when like Florida Mayhem's team colours were red and yellow or valiant's were green and yellow. They never returned after the colour re-brand.

There isn't much detail on any of that stuff. For right now, it's been just a mention of it returning so the video would be primarily speculation. When there's more detail, I'll be sure to cover it and give my opinion!

Well as long as everything was connected you should have received them automatically. Now there could potentially be a delay but that's on the unlikely side of things.
But if you haven't received anything (skins, tokens, etc.), then potentially your stream could have been delayed or was there another instance of RUclips opened? Did you make sure the stream remained opened? (Not minimized or tabbed off). Live streams on RUclips can be finicky especially if they do not remain open. These all could contribute to you not getting any of the rewards.
@@Kamiroon I got the sojourn spray and Lucio and Kiriko spray and the owl tokens but the skins and the name card didn’t come
Can you buy league tokens with irl money
Yes you can buy them from the Overwatch League tab of the shop, but they are quite expensive compared to Overwatch Coins.
Can you connect your account on console?
In order to earn rewards, you need to connect your battle net account to your RUclips account. You can only earn the rewards from watching streams on mobile or PC. They still will be delivered to your console account though, but you cannot watch them from your console.

Well the Genji World Cup skin was never free. The free ones were: Winston, Wrecking Ball, Zenyatta, and Ramattra. Unless you're referring to the green one (Contenders) that you may have missed out on and now you have to get the World Cup ones because of it?
Either way, if you want to spend 1000 Coins for it, I'm not gonna stop you. It's a nice colour scheme so I can't really blame you for wanting it! But there are some other awesome things you can get for 1000 coins like the battle pass that does give a Genji legendary skin at Tier 20. It's just some food for thought.

Yep, the World Cup Genji skin was never free. The Contenders one was during the Spring Series though.
Will dvas league skin ever return?
If the OWL Vault returns, The Dva skin will most likely return with probably all of the other skins too. The vault usually returns around Grand Finals time (October), so that could mean just before, during, or even after. I don't have an exact date though.

I got 7 points from Pickems, what do the points do?
The points are just for "bragging rights" or leaderboards. In some cases, they also are used to help determine who wins the grand prize when major tournaments come around too. Basically if no one gets the "Perfect Bracket" whoever with the highest points earned for that tournament wins instead.
Other than that, there's no other use for the points.

Whenever the OWL Vault returns. In the video I mention that it could return right before the playoffs, during, or most likely, after the playoffs and Finals. They don't have specific dates announced, but they've brought them every end of OWL season, like last season the vault opened in January/February 2023.

Most likely yeah, since the OWL finals happen in October this year. But that does mean it could potentially be November or December too. Basically Late 2023-Early 2024

From my personal experience and following the viewership rewards guide, it's 5 tokens every hour. You may be thinking about the Midseason Madness when every TWO hours you got a free Battle Pass Tier (Up to 5)
That was something new they added for watching that tournament, but the tokens were still being dropped hourly.
Overwatch League tokens will no longer be offered for watching Overwatch Esports.

Now the owl skins are the cheapest in the game and in ow 1 they were the expensiest T_T
It's kinda crazy how that's happened. I mean they still did increase the OWL skin prices though, but even with that change, they are the cheapest to get (if you watch OWL streams of course). Mind blowing really.

The Atlanta Reign recolour version of Wicked Moira (The one that is currently in the shop) is 200 OWL tokens, but the original one (which in this video) is 300 OWL tokens.

You cannot earn rewards for watching the OWL Summer Stage Opens. Rewards will be active on July 13th, when the regular season starts back up again.

Good choice! Goat Brig is definitely my favourite skin for her, with Vampire Hunter being a close second! If you want to avoid spending at all, you can watch the OWL streams to earn enough tokens to get her skin when it eventually comes back!

If you watched last season's Finals (I'm pretty sure it was the Playoffs not Grand Finals) then you would have gotten the emote for free.
