“Thank you for skating”
One time my friend and I were skating in a spot that we get kicked out of a lot, and there was a guy unloading a food truck at the restaurant next to the spot. He called us over, and by instinct, my friend and I thought we were about to get chewed out like we always do. But the guy started to tell us that he was super happy to see kids our age outside and being active, and even bought us drinks. That was my #thankyouforskating moment.

If I had a million dollars I'd like to open a skateshop/ indoor park in my hometown. Growing up here kids had nothing to do and nothing has changed in 20years. Now I see these kids picking up an interest in skating with no good spots to go. I deliver pizza for a living so I get to see my city's and towns around every corner. These kids need something.

I actually had a project in 5th grade that was what would you do with a million dollars? And like u had to make a presentation thingie and acutally calculate all the money. SO MY FIFTH GRADE ASS wanted to buy a flying hovercraft (like a hovercraft on water but with wings which enable for water and air travel) and travel the world on that bitch. Like I calculated all the things all the way up to gas money. Then I would book these crazy trips~ like 10 days on a boat in like the medeterainean doing some cool shit or exploring egypt or like climbing these lit ass mountains and like rlly feeling the world man. I was so into it. Now, some five years later, I dont fucking know. Invest in music (i play trombone p good) (ya like jazz), skateboarding, traveling, surfing, kitesurfing, buy me a sailboat, and like make some ppls dreams come true. Man I would spread some mad joy. QotD: I would buy some property in Oregon near and in cities like Ashland. I would set up one of the properties near but just out of a city like Eugene, with a jeweler's studio and concentrate on my art while letting a property management company manage the rest (you can still get properties for $60,000-80,000 there and if you are going for income vs appreciation you can do well). Without any pressure from needing to create income, I could be true to my passions. That would be perfect for me. Then if my passions changed with the years, the income stream would be there to support me in any new ventures.

If i got a million dollars right now i would buy a small shop space, not a store but a workshop.
I would then buy a Haas CNC mill for 100k, an injection molding machine, laser cutter, UV printer, an SLS 3d printer, and a bunch of materials, tooling and parts.
If i had enough money after id maybe invest in some PCB machinery so i can make high quality circuit boards.
Buy a medium to large land and property, should have around.... 300k left maybe... and then I’ll build a street and park section - with 200k budget or maybe 100k depending on materials, then with the rest - probably just save it
1 Million dollars more than enough funding to develop and expand a brand, that'd cover all the production aspects I need, camera gear, recording equipment, the space, etc, then my own living situation, and my family and still have enough to invest into a startup, stocks, crypto, real-estate, wind&solar energy.. I live in TX out in the country 3-4 bedroom houses can be rent to own 600 a month...
