The scene where Bea, Lizzie and Doreen get ready to go to bed, well, I can see why Lizzie & Doreen keep wanting to stay in prison. There's something very cosy, familial and cute about their setup.

They make it look like mates sharing a flat, save on rent lol. They all work for a laundry Co. Life isn't like that with strangers.

Since they're still following the story of Michelle post-trial and it's revealed that the old woman witness was lying, it seems that she'll be back inside soon enough. Fletch's puzzled reaction while making coffee about how Michelle would be able to afford the color television for the witness was telling as well.
PrisoneroftheNight Yeah But when you’re acquitted, even if you admit after that you did it you cannot be charged for that same crime. The only thing they can do is charge her and the old lady for perjury.
With the money she stole from the safe, that's how she could buy a color television for granny.
And when Michelle made that comment about "doing well" in the money department, a look of realization seemed to come across Jim's face before he shoved the shoes she bought him back at her and said he lost interest in running.

I think Michelle might end up back inside since they're still following her on the show. Usually when they're out permanently, they get written out of the show. It does seem like Fletch is on to her now.
She can't go back inside. Once you're found not guilty, that's the end.
This is getting really interesting again. Things were a little stale for the last bit but this episode is looking up.

I really thought she was innocent. That surprised me when Bea spilled the beans about her actually doing the job. Fletch is definitely catching on. And has anyone else noticed how short the visits are? It's not much of a visit at all the amount of time they get. I hope it's not like that in real-life prisons. They should at least be getting 10-15 min especially if someone has come a long way to see them.
In British prisons you can stay for the full visiting time, which is at least an hour, maybe more, I forget.

I knew she did it she never quite answered why her fingerprints where all over the safe . Dunno it kinda of gave it away.
The 'inductions' given by Bea and Co for new prisoners are wildly inconsistent. Sometimes you'll hear people ticked off for asking the new comer why they're inside, other times the information will be demanded of them without questions asked, sometimes there's a lecture on lagging and sometimes it's not even mentioned. Sometimes they're quite friendly, sometimes they';re menacing. I think that's the problem when you have several different writers.
Maybe if an inmate seems weaker they'll be more friendly and if they appear strong ala a trouble maker they'll do the menacing tone.

I was glad to see Michelle get off, but it was certainly a close call. She not only has good physical fitness about her but she also has a brain in her head too. It would have been a shame to see her wasting all that talent sitting in jail. That senior citizen came good just in the nick of time thanks to good work from Jim. Vera was pathetic messing around with Sid's cake. Colleen was spot on when she said "Life is not about rules, but its people that count". Most decent people would agree, but not someone like Vera who doesn't have an ounce of humanity in her!! Erica putting Vera straight over the party was a pleasure to watch anyway.
Michelle should have used a bit of common sense after the fact tho. Buying Fletch a new pair of sneakers when she doesn't have a job looks kinda fishy.

So I'm guessing if parks was ugly and over weight and had no common sense it wud of been ok to see her go jail for actually robbing a large wad of cash off an employer she was guilty but because she was 'fit' pretty and had some sense it was lovely to see her get off I'm so confused I thought it depended on guilt or innocence but nope it's how good looking you are!!! Silly me!

@@jtpinnyc It has been suggested I am just really addicted to it and needing it to sleep is psychological not physical. Just part of my bedtime routine. But other than that, I can accept I am a freak, can't we all?
I can only drink coffee in the morning- early afternoon. Past 1 pm it will keep me up all night and ruin my sleeping pattern. Caffeine effects people differently i guess 🤷🏻♀️

jen brooks Sid was a handy man in the prison, he met Lizzie there. For compassionate reasons I think the governor lets Lizzie out of the prison for the odd day off. (The reasons for being let out for the odd day are not really explained) Sid had a stroke and the governor is letting Lizzie go and see him to continue their friendship.

Although the running storyline isn't exactly Wentworth's most exciting storyline we've ever seen I wish they somehow kept Michelle as a character, I've grown to like her in the short time she was in it. She's better then the annoying soft spoken Laurie who gets to have another stint on the show in the future.
At times Lizzie gets on my nerves with her attitude; yes she is a funny old lady but I also think she can get a little annoying as well
Lizzie with a "boyfriend" is definitely a bit annoying but I still like her very much.
