I bought one from you guys.... wish I just rented it because I only used it 3 times. Although, I am re-scaping my tank soon so ill need it again.... guess I'll come to close to the cost of owning it. kinda
I will disagree with the first point... you are going to need a PAR meter as long as you stay in the hobby, at the start you can get away with renting but on the long run you will need one for replacing/adding new lights, when moving to a bigger tank, getting a second one, adding new corals/softies or changing the location of the rocks for example. It is just like a refractometer, tweezer, turkey blaster or graduated syringes, you need at least one of each!
Love your videos

Forgot to mention how much of a difference the screen tops make in par reduction
The difference is actually very little 🙂

@@BRStv The IM top is a 35 par difference minimum
What I do is take a Sample by pressing the Sample button. I'm I doing this wrong?
Buying an Apogee is your first mistake. They're off BADLY. Get an ITC PARwise or use your Seneye.

Valor de um Rim !
It's cheaper to rent a car. The basic technology is overpriced.

Thanks for the heads up! We'll get that fixed 🙂
