Nice vid! The thing with Maki is that she was born with the same heavenly restriction as Toji the problem is that she has twin sister Mai. Because how curse energy works twins are born sharing the same curse energy and technique. Because of that Maki had some curse energy, but not enough to use to be a proper sorcerer with the added effect of it weakening the heavenly restriction. Mai on the other hand construction technique had the potential to be strong but Maki's heavenly restriction capped her curse energy to only being able to make one bullet a day.

Well think about it right? With a power like limitless, where you can see everything (or eternity or whatever), your biggest challenge is creating and placing boundaries in the right place and time, otherwise all of it is useless. If you can do anything, what you choose to do becomes crucial. I think that's why Gojo's experiences and motivations are so important. Also considering he's a pretty consistent shounen archetype (hello reckless white-haired sensei) - the difference with him is that Gege takes his powers seriously. If he's "the strongest" and see's "the truth" of the world, then its no surprise that he'd put his efforts to upending the oppressive system; since he's the strongest. But the reason he would even WANT to is the interesting story.
The thing that makes JJK different from other shounen is for sure the nuance in emotional storytelling. The different kinds of cursed energy/ technique in conflict isn't just flashy fights - its ideas and ideologies in conflict. (Like if you think of Gojo and Jogo's fight as Limitless understanding vs Pure Rage, it says a lot about who wins and how, and why 👀) And that's why its the most exciting think I've seen in a while
Damn I forgot I wanted to say that Limitless is easier to understand when you zoom out, that's why I started saying all that in the first place lol. Its like quantum physics; there's only so close you can look at something before it starts being ungraspable - the big picture and the microscopic work together.
