- In this video we visit head chef, Steven Ellis, at his brand new Restaurant, The Oxford Blue. This country pub, just outside of Windsor, retains all of the creature comforts one would expect for an establishment like this, such as traditional British food, large comfy chairs and a log burning fire, but delivers them in a highly refined and polished way.
Steven tell us about how he first got into cooking, his love for game orientated dishes and working for renowned chefs like Jamie Oliver, and Andrew Pern, as well as how he became sous chef to Clare Smyth at restaurant Gordon Ramsay. Хобби
Thank you, Steve.

We get it mate, u like game
this guy's better than Gordon Ramsay, in his own idea; everyone is unique, but this guy is better in certain ways, for this restaurant.
Comfort food such as a squid bisque starter for £14, I'll pass.
Twat
The place looks like a cowboy movie set, or a museum, not into it at all. Respect to the kitchen crew tho.
first thing I would say after being served the entree, is " where's the food???"..again stating the obvious, small portions, big prices...pitiful..
Different people take different approaches as to how they rate food (the quantity you cite just being one metric). It's very difficult to judge the ultimate qualities of food via a video unfortunately.
You do know that usually it would be part of a TEN course tasting menu, right?
Smartass dude!!!
