Really good advice, I am also currently going through my fitness journey. Find all your advices absolutely on point with my experience. and BTW nice background.
Very accurate info. I don’t know why i clicked this after getting shredded doing exactly what this man said but here we are. Gained 25lbs of Muscle and went from 28% to 17% BF. Abs showing decently for first time ever 😂 (Not natural tho, i have to be honest)
That’s it in a nutshell. Precisely what I have been doing the past few months. I decided to just reduce at a slow steady weight. Track everything including weighing food and carful monitoring of tea, soft drinks etc. list calories and protein per meal in my notebook. Workout minimum 5 days per week. No alcohol and whole foods. It’s that easy but it’s taken me 64 years to realise 😂. Seriously 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight really staves off hunger and improves body shape. Thanks for helping people by posting. Fad diets are all BS👍
