      Lives on, and thrives!! It is our best revenge to all the evil dictators and oppressors over the millenia: you are all gone but we are still here! Good and righteousness prevails over evil and hate.

      @@RubyBandUSA "We danced round and round in circles, as if the world had done no wrong
      From evening until morning, filling up the Shul with song!
      Though we had no Sifrei Torah, to gather in our arms!
      In their place we held those children, the Jewish people would live on."

    i love his smile ... its very contagious. But where is the bride?

    • @juliadoherty83
      @juliadoherty83 9 месяцев назад

      That's the smile of an allegedly pious man, happy to be getting away with theft/fraud. Until he wasn't anymore and received two years in prison. Two years! For tax fraud. You get more for car theft. He obviously "bought" his lenient sentence...

    Is this a ceremony where the Father let's go off his daughter and gives her to the groom.?? Is the black rope connected to this?

    • @isaweesaw
      @isaweesaw 3 года назад

      The black rope is a gartel. It's just for dancing with(although there are many theories as to its deeper meaning). It looks like the rebbe is dancing with the groom and the groom's father in this one

      @Michael Dunetz he holds better to Chernobyl and Reb Shlomo than the current Bobovers. I wonder what Reb Shlomo would think of the mishegas 😭

      @@TheShaul81 mi permetto...maschi e femmine sono separati per questioni di modestia (tzeniut). Non si tratta di sottomissione o esser di seconda categoria, ma di evitare contatti fisici tra di loro. Tranne ovviamente fra marito e moglie o comunque familiari stretti..Certo sono leggi rigorose, e lo dico da cattolica, ma forse un pochino di modestia andrebbe recuperata. È una festa regolata da leggi precise..ma pur sempre una festa!!

      From what little I know of Hasidic traditions, the sexes are kept separated. Women are not allowed to touch a male that is not her husband.

      song without words carries intense meaning. A poem is lyrics without a melody. A melody without lyrics is just as important and effective.
