      It's more narcissistic, lazy, and stupid then lack of love. Everyone knows it would be right to rate videos if you watched a majority of it. People just click on the next one. Generally the highest I've seen for positive input is about 14% but even crap videos tend to get at least 4% positive. Negative input helps channels also but they no longer show that as a number.

    1.A few random thoughts.
    What if the lack of ATP is actually the ATP leaking from the cell? I believe there is some evidence of this if you read about cell danger response mode?
    2.I have been exposed to Thousands of pod cast and medical journals and studies and the most common denominator of all the diseases is what insulin is doing, as in amounts, what is resistant and what is sensitive.
    3. What comes first, insulin resistance, or excess uric acid, what if uric acid is a marker for too much, or to little autophagy?
    4. Could low or sluggish bile flow be one of the main drivers of poor nutritional status because we wouldn’t properly be able to break down the nutrients? Could fatty liver cause the poor bile flow?

    Hello Chris, I’ve acquired the slow COMT gene mutation which means the enzymes ability to metabolize catecholamines is greatly hindered. I recently stumbled across a course suggesting to eliminate catechol containing foods, ie dark black blue purple and red berries red cabbage tubers cacao black / green tea , coffee , black beans , cumin , strawberries , pecans , pistachios buckwheat , it basically narrows down a minimal amount of foods that are acceptable , it is advisable to abstain from dairy consumption and meat due to excess tyrosine phenylalanine and tryphophan which converts to dopamine. I’m not sure what to eat, it suggests peppermint rosemary chamomile , salycilates which reduce catecholamines cruciferous vegetables and citrus legumes grains and rice (I have a gluten sensitivity supposedly according to a gi test but no noticeable symptoms after consuming wheat) they recommend flavonoids and genistein but no soy? I eat soy but I have low estrogen as a male they recommend the diet centers around fruit and roots, i tried eating only potato’s for a day but to no avail my symptoms remained. I’ve had horrible insomnia for years and complex trauma I’m particularly sensitive to stress and environmental toxins moreso then those around me. I don’t know what to do?

    • @Yt1925jn
      @Yt1925jn Год назад +1

      @@emectar1773Thanks for sharing, I’ve tried a multitude of supplements, including: adaptogens (ie Bacopa, ashwaghanda, holy basil) lemon balm, chamomile, magnesium (threonate+glycinate) glycine, taurine, Lithium orotate to no avail, i still use choline and creatine for the cognitive benefits they infer. It seems too good to be true but I will consider trying TMG, I’ve entertained the idea of doing so but figured my problems may be entirely psychological. May I ask, how many mg do you take, what have you tried previously , what is your diet like and what particular symptoms have you experienced ? At my worst I’ve bordered on psychotic symptoms particularly paranoia which is implicated in excessive dopamine levels, irrespective of this I’m particularly fine tuned to memorize and problem solve when presented with difficult information / tasks, fortunately my cognitive processes are enhanced and I’ve acquired an elevated IQ but under moments of intense stress my thinking can become i irrational, I’ve felt this way since I was young. Sorry for the long post, thanks for replying

    • @Yt1925jn
      @Yt1925jn Год назад

      @@emectar1773my homocysteine is low so I’m not sure if TMG would help but it wouldn’t hurt to try I suppose. From my understanding SAMe and mag speed up the COMT enzyme but they haven’t helped me.

      @Jwhite198620 Год назад

      @@emectar1773 Slow comt do not do well with methylated substances. I have multiple slow COMT genes and do a wide variety carnivore diet, including dairy. Health and wellness have dramatically improved. If i take any methylated vitamins i get anxious and overwhelmed easy.

    • @Yt1925jn
      @Yt1925jn Год назад

      @@Jwhite198620Interestingly, those with a slow COMT mutation are advised against meat consumption considering animal protein is high in the amino acids tryptophan tyrosine and phenylalanine which convert to the respective catecholamines, dairy seems to give me bouts of acne most likely because of the naturally containing hormones and estrogens. It baffles me because for most of human history and in virtually every culture people consume animal protein and almost every food contains a certain degree of these amino acids which are absolutely necessary but I suppose moderation is key. My methylation panel is optimal, I have low estrogen and homocysteine

    I'm curious if the crowd has any sources for high quality real-life human condition mouse studies. I've worked on murine heart disease models before and the IRB was corset tight on supplementation modifications i.e. high dose selenium or anything really. Anybody done a mouse study with a McDonald's high preservatives and high pesticide and bud light diet, then metabolic profiles and epigenetics or would the med community just refuse to publish the study since the diet would be irreflective of past studies? I might just try something like this before giving up my PhD and becoming an insurance salesman or fitness model.

      I hate this overused word, but multifactorial is my guess; introduction of industrial seed oils, pollutants and other environmental stressors, metabolic dysfunction, dysfunction in energy metabolism pathways as highlighted by Chris, stress itself.
      The various contributors probably converge to cause dysfunction in certain specific biological mechanism. One hypothesis is that it's mitochondria and metabolic related (Thomas Seyfried) in which they argue genes mutation is a downstream effect. I think there are more to it so a lot more to discover in the future.

Insuline Resistance probably is the cause of most of these items in the list. So the list - from the health point of view - is actually useless
