After apply filter ...once user choose the option from the filter there should be button where user can click then only it will show the result .As we know in filter once we select any option it display the relevant filed in the view..

You could use Quick Table Calculation to change Quantity and Sales to a Percentile to make the data more distributed on your chart of the State view
