Happy birthday!! I also love Mochi, perhaps a little too much :p Do you mind if I ask how often you can have cheat days while you maintain weight? I’m also maintaining and I would like to be less strict with my diet sometimes, but I also don’t want to gain any weight.
Thank you :) I usually change my diet a little the days leading to my cheatday. That way I don't see any long term weight gain and could probably have a cheatday once a week. I also did a video on how I eat the days before a cheatday: m.ruclips.net/video/njqm7P8T-Ls/видео.html Even if you don't adjust your diet a little it shouldn't have long term consequences but it might take you a little longer to get back to your normal weight (maybe a week or two instead of just a day or two) So I'd say it depends on your diet the days around your cheatday and on your metabolism in general... Eating the way I currently do I only feel like having one every two to three months. I guess this is mainly because I don't really feel like I'm restricting.
hello I just encountered your videos a few days ago and somehow I found them interesting and repeatedly watching.is it good music or camera work or food?? I don know why im enjoying..anyway your food looks nice and i want to try. currently i watched the recipe video and i am going to try to make your chocolate (the one which requires coconut oil and cocoa powder and water).Thank you for sharing your knowledge and skill !
How old are you? Btw your videos are really inspiring, love them, keep going❤ I am happy that I finally found someone who eats normally and doesn't have any eating disorder :D
If i eat more than 1500 cals a day i gain so much weight... i think my metabolism is ruined tbh... i can't maintain my weight and i have to eat so little rn. Ill try to start eating more little by little i guess i can't go on restricting anymore..
They are called Gyoza Dumplings and I got them at Aldi: static.openfoodfacts.org/images/products/400/933/790/4131/front_de.3.full.jpg I also wondered how the calorie count could be so low... it says 114kcal per 100g and the whole package is 208g. They're filled with vegetables and chicken and the outside (gyoza wrapper) is really thin and just made of flour and water: www.justonecookbook.com/gyoza-wrappers/
I don't really know what meals you're talking about... Fish and meat are high in protein, low fat cheese as well, that chocolate yogurt is not really yogurt but a certain type of german curd that has 12g protein per 100g and I add protein powder to oatmeal and heatproof protein powder to cakes and other baking items
Thanks for the suggestion :) In my newer videos I sometimes already do that. Since I don't show my voice or my family's voices on youtube but we still talk while I'm filming I can't always use the audio. And I'm never sure if eating sounds are really as appealing... apart from crunchy chips for example
I don't know if that are really the exact calories but I do believe that I'm quite close. 1. I got pretty good at estimating how much food weighs throughout the time I always counted calories. If I know the whole package of something weighs 100g and I ate about of it half I can just calculate that. I might sometimes over-and underestimate it but that likely balances out. 2. I also weigh part of the food. For example I weighed the ingredients of the peanut cookies while baking them and therefore know the exact measurements. 3. Besides that whenever I eat a whole serving of some packaged food (small chocolate bar, mochi, asian dumplings) I can just take the nutrotion facts on the package. I add everything up using MyFitnessPal
Finally a RUclipsr who eats normally and doesn't restrict! ❤️
Your food looks so good and nourishing, keep doing what you do girl!
Please do more videos like this!! absolutely enjoy them for some reason ahhaa xx
Love your videos, because you eat with no restrictions and that is so healthy
It's so satisfying somehow to see that you always reach the same amount of calories 👌 addicted to these kind of videos
I could watch an entire lifetime of this 🙄
These videos are so addictive :D
Happy birthday!! I also love Mochi, perhaps a little too much :p

@@JustMeOnRUclips Seeing that you're cheat days can be 7000 cals, Idk if once a week is a good idea

How much do you exercise to maintain weight while eating like this? Great vid :)
Super Video👍 esse ziemlich genau gleich:)zählst du immer und alles jeden Tag ? Oder nur für die Videos.😊
Danke sehr :)

m.ruclips.net/video/OYals-_Vznc/видео.html#
The chocolate dessert bowl is at 02:15 :)
How old are you?
Btw your videos are really inspiring, love them, keep going❤
I am happy that I finally found someone who eats normally and doesn't have any eating disorder :D
I'm 17 years old
Thank you for your nice feedback. I'm happy you like my videos :D
You Got a new supscriber 😊

Try reverse dieting! It helps heal your metabolism little by little. A lot of body builders do it after competitions.
What were those 24 calorie dumplings?
They are called Gyoza Dumplings and I got them at Aldi:

@@JustMeOnRUclips Wow. The gyoza here are like 40 calories each,,, but sadly I'm vegetarian so chicken will not work for me. Thank you though.
do you workout?
No meal had as much protein as you wrote in total 🤔 how do you count it?🤔
I don't really know what meals you're talking about... Fish and meat are high in protein, low fat cheese as well, that chocolate yogurt is not really yogurt but a certain type of german curd that has 12g protein per 100g and I add protein powder to oatmeal and heatproof protein powder to cakes and other baking items
You obviously forgot that fish, cheese and yogurt have protein? ?🤔🤔😅
maybe let us hear the sounds of preparing and eating???🤗
Thanks for the suggestion :)
In my newer videos I sometimes already do that.

What's that chocolate desert tho is it yogurt or smth
Yes it's yogurt
I don't know how ppl eat smoked salmon with cheese 😥
JustMe
Are you german?
Yes :)
how do u count calories that well?
I don't know if that are really the exact calories but I do believe that I'm quite close.
1. I got pretty good at estimating how much food weighs throughout the time I always counted calories. If I know the whole package of something weighs 100g and I ate about of it half I can just calculate that. I might sometimes over-and underestimate it but that likely balances out.

I add everything up using MyFitnessPal
This seems very underestimated
Which foods seem underestimated?
How can you eat this much and still lose weight?
I'm not losing weight
I'm maintaining my weight and a healthy BMI
it looks good but not necessarily healthy
You eat will
If I eat this much food I will be big mama by the way is this person is a man.
I am a girl not a man
What's that chocolate desert tho is it yogurt or smth
maybe let us hear the sounds of preparing and eating???🤗
