This is not the 'Goan' ROS omelette. In goa Xacuti ros (mostly left over from previous day ) is used with the omelette hence the mouth watering fusion of egg and chicken taste.
WHY DON'T YOU USE GLOVES WHILE COOKING TO MAKE IT MORE HYGIENIC? THANKS.
This is not the ros omlet that we get here at Goa...Ur ros is completely different..may be it's tasty..but please don't call it Goan...
