I had purchased flat at Clifton Valley Shimla but Builder is failed to do Registry yet Subsequently Banker (HFL Shimla) is also failed to release sanction loaned to Builder. I am waiting for . It is really cause of concern . Kindly Confirm n do permission of 118 to my Banker. Thanks
The reason for the delay may be application of Code of Conduct due to Elections in Himachal Pradesh from last few days. This process will be resumed shortly and you will get your approval within a short period.
@@PropertyRound could you clarify 118 application here? In the video Mr Sudershan seems to be suggesting that no permission is required for Chesterhills and I am assuming Clifton Valley as well. Both projects are within the MC area. Why then is permission under 118 required? I was told the same for Chesterhills even thought the website says no permission required for registry.
Please don't provoke non-Himachalis to buy properties in Himachal :(
