Beautiful house! We brought our 1st house in July 2021 and it's a new build, I wanted everything new like you Kay. We have underfloor heating and can't recommend it enough, it's lovely on your feet and the cost is much cheaper and it keeps the house warm all day. We live in the UK, our builder is called high street homes, they build high quality houses and only upto 15 builds. I love your vlogs! and always look forward to watching them.

They may look good but the quality of materials and construction is awful, walls will be crumbling in 10 years if they aren't falling over because of the angle they're built at. Notice how 90% of this video is focused on the decor and not the build itself. Very easy to put a load of new paint over a bad canvas,
