I personally prefer shorter videos (15ish mins) because they’re the perfect length to watch when taking a lil break, anything more than that and i’ll relax too much and get out of my hustling headspace hahah

Each meal usually gives me 3-4 dinners, sometimes more! So if I make a few meals, it’ll last a fortnight 💛
