***** Zimmer is a versatile composer no doubt, and deserves respect for not only that but also coming from a background where he originally did not notate onto sheet music. He was, and to some degree still does use MIDI - heard he transcribes it for the orchestras so the performers can read it. Quite an inspiration for me - check my youtube for an orchestral arrangement I did for the ending scene of 'Gravity', if you're interested.
This is a good song to help with anxiety. Reason why? Because the ticking makes you forget about what you were anxious about. This song is a remedy, honestly. The ticking totally took my mind off my thoughts, its beautiful.
Bryton Asapace yes I agree 💯% I listen to this when I feel my heart starts pumping and I can't breathe as I suffer really bad with anxiety and panic attacks, and don't know why but it helps so dose backwards priest from eyes wide shut 😬🙏🏻
8 years ago... I remember listening to this when it said one year ago. I’m 24 now. Time really flies at a faster rate the more you age. This is a piece of art frozen in time though. And I couldn’t be anymore thankful for it
You’re the exact same age as me… and we must have listened to this same song at the same time too all those years back. You’re definitely right about time flying… I come back to this masterpiece of a song now and then. 👍
This remix is so brilliant. It takes a song that already lends a feeling of complete insignificance in the scheme of the universe and enhances it 10,000x Listening to this makes me feel like I'm bound for great things.
Hans music is just so freaking inspiring in so many ways... You can listen to his work as the soundtracks of movies... As well as listen to his work while writing your own scripts... Sometimes I even question myself... What comes first... His soundtracks or the actual directed scenes.
Depends, Interstellar had multiple songs made before the movie script was even started. Nolan just gave a slim idea, that the story is about the link between a father and his child, Hans wrote the first song based off only that and then Nolan told him its a Scientific movie and they went from there.
Composers and filmmakers work together when designing the themes of the soundtrack. Recently there's been a shift away from that, though. Every Frame a Painting has a great video called "The Marvel Symphonic Universe" on this.
Life & death in 4 chords. The best remix, of probably the greatest piece of music mankind ever made. If we really hold the answer within ourselves, then it lies in the very force that drives a man to produce something like this.
This song has an impact on me, I cannot help but remember things in my life that have transpired as the song plays through.. It is powerful and deep! One of the best pieces of music I have ever heard!!
Usually I don't post comments of this length, but: Hans Zimmer is one of the best composers of our time because of how versatile and able to adapt he is. Some pieces of his are not largely technically complicated, yet he thrives due to his incredible ability to encapsulate the exact feel that a movie script goes for before he even *watches* the movie. He is an incredibly talented composer who we are lucky to have at this day in age. His ability to take peoples feelings and move them wherever he pleases using *pure music* is priceless. Not to mention the other excellent composers like Jeremy Soule, Martin O'Donnell, Harry Gregson-Williams, and many more. That is all! Much Love from Vibe ✌️❤️
Najlepszy remix " Time " jaki słyszałam. Dla autora 6+
best song for my dead buddy who died 3 days ago hope i see you next level i love you and will never ever forget . its better to burn out than fade away!!!!
Somewhere deep in Google's server the electrical circuit that holds this one track has sparked once again. Back in the day when it was in a constant loop and now when one person brings it back to life. Stripping the dust. Thanks electricity thanks sheepy, thanks memories.
OMG, a worthy remix of the most beautiful song ever written. It’s the only piece of art that’s made me want to cry due to the sheer beauty of it. Excellent stuff.
Hans is the most invigorating, resonating & awesome composer of our era! Timeless, goosbumps, thrilling, the list is endless !!!!! This man is the modern day Mozart
I usually take a shit to this song, helps me alot and when I want to give up, I say to myself: "keep pushing!". In the end, I'm always the winner and that freakin' piece of shit that was in me... is now outside of me.
Yeah man, I feel ya. Life isn't all about sunshine and fun, it's about hardwork and success. I've lost a lot of things in my life now and I just can't help but say, stooop why is this happening to me! But it's all for a reason.
+Joj joX DUDE... that's one of the most grossest beautiful things I've ever heard. I hope to have that experience some time this week, I'm constipated.
LookkkLefffft I'm very happy I can inspire people. People like you is what motivate me. Keep pushing, don't let nobody boss over you, you and *ONLY* you decide when that fkn piece of shit is gonna go out and dont you ever, *EVER* give up. Shit strong, friend.
Modern classical music is so minimal in nature. It works wondrously in some places. I think it is a thematic thing. It makes so much sense to explore external themes like "time" and the cosmos via minimalism. The way we experience these things is just so static. I think all of that brilliant complexity that we get out of Chopin, Gaspard De La Nuit, Mozart, and a lot of the other 1700s-1800s artists comes from an exploration of all that is internal; our mental landscapes. There is just so much that is happening there. So much chaos. All that emotion. All that fevre. The fury and the passion. Allat'.
to those commenting about the ticking at the start - this is the version most commonly played in clubs, the ticking assists whoever is mixing the records to synchronise the tempo with the last track. Its very common for all trance and house tracks to start like this.
It's a good remix, but I prefer the original the most. Why? No it isn't because the creators of these remixes are bad, they're very talented. It's the simple fact that Hans Zimmer did so well composing this piece of music, that there is literally no aspect to improve on it.
+lManaburn RS - except the original was not meant to be a dance track, but this remix allows it to be. Different mixes for different moods, but of course they wouldn't exist without the original.
MineCraftNI He still had it better then you, must suck having a mother that burns you with her finished cigarettes when you were a child. The big question is what healed better, the burn scars on your skin or the scars in your mind?
Mannnn I get such hardcore goose bumps, because you just hear all the different sounds and you feel like an underlying feel that almost cant be explained.

When I hear Hans Zimmer's genius on this beat I'm falling down. This beat just make that I feel 'Time' in another way, not worse, just different. So thanks to Karanda for creating this remix, and MrSuicideSheep for sharing it with us. ;))
Fairplay you actually remixed it and didnt completely ruin it well done seriously thanks a lot its a good alternative and you must have some serious balls to remix hans zimmer hes a genius......

Now you're 27 possibly 28, I'm 30 and really don't want to accept that the best days of my life are behind me

Rizkie Pratama I love the Machinist's remix of this, I prefer that to this to be honest.
The Soular Order Remix is just epic

Best Remix of Hans Zimmer "Time" O_O
The song's great, but isn't the clicking really annoying to anyone else during the first 30 seconds or so?
yup
+Scylax No it's not.
***** I find the clicking really nice, I can't tell you why I don't find it annoying. It just contributes to the song in a good way for me.
+Scylax It is
+Scylax I can feel it in my teeth !
For a sec, I was wondering from where it came !
awesome theme from one of the best movies!
I love how the sound hugs our ears.
Best remix has ever made for this song.
When I hear this song, I'm thinking about climbing a steep snowy mountain, on an adventure searching for a lost soul
Was expecting disappointment, but this is a worthy adaption.
I listen to this at every low point in my life
Travelled across the stars... Amaizing! Thanks for this great remix of one of the best themes, from one of the best composers!

remixing hans zimmer? defies the essence of his music....
so watch instrumental core remix
The essence of his music and music in general is to create, create beauty, pain, ugliness, feelings
His music says the same thing all music does, never stop creating.
this song, this picture .... make me feel eternal...
This has murdered the song. RIP - Best composed music I listen to.
I still love this tune, this never gets old
This arrangement with this type of beat is right up my alley... could just melt into this with my soul mate and totally blow the roof off the house.... close your eyes and feel the power this has... Total Tantric......
Awesome !!!!

Inception...if you haven't seen it watch it...No questions....just watch.
+Monique Williams yeah
I literally just came here from watching a movie. Lol
A very nice mix of EDM and classical music. A combination of the beauty of the softness and elegance of classical music with the great beats of EDM.

Hello Leon Kleijn I think it's OK just abit to prominent. Thank-you
guys I think he forgot to turn his metronome off during exporting.
Kits Bunny I mean, the song is called "Time" lol
Haha. Thought that too
The original has a subtle clicking as well. Obviously it's faster here, and not very well mixed, but
When I hear Hans Zimmer's genius on this beat I'm falling down. This beat just make that I feel 'Time' in another way, not worse, just different. So thanks to Karanda for creating this remix, and MrSuicideSheep for sharing it with us. ;))
one of the best orchestral pieces in history with a kick ass beet= perfection
Laser Bob *beat
Think he meant beetroot
Gavin Beere I did mean Beat Thanks TheHardstyleMusicz but maybe some beetroot chopping sounds might not go astray lol
Zimmer / Two Steps from Hell are definitely the best composers of our time Period
Agreed
But thats not to discredit the likes of composers like Martie O'Donnel, James Newton Howard, Norihiko Hibino, Harry Gregson Williams and many more
I'd love to hear a remix of heart of courage.
The original is better. The slowness is what I liked, how it gradually increased it's tempo.
I cant Remeber the last time i gave a thumbs up but this deserve one.
Fairplay you actually remixed it and didnt completely ruin it well done seriously thanks a lot its a good alternative and you must have some serious balls to remix hans zimmer hes a genius......

Chris that'd be so cool! 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
if only you could look around in vrr, instead of just staring at a pic
There is an annoying loop click sound at the begining
it causes me headache at the beginning
I think it's the sound byte of a taser :) I like it personally
Abraham R. except if you're using a headphone, kinda hurt my ears. not a big problem when i use my speaker, it's give some good beat on it :D
its the kick being brought in
I think the sound is trying to represent the sound a clock makes.
Song beginns to get good at 3:00
+Bela Schirling The song begins to get good at 0:00 actually.
+gaswerti idk, I don't really like the ticking
+alexander heidarsson basically yes

daring to remix this great symphony is a sin.. but then i was listening to it and it was beautiful. a kind of perfection
To all the haters 16,600 likes 530 dislikes really says you are alone.
Yes. Maybe some people (like me) are not giving dislikes, even if they dont like something?
