Born in Cleveland Ohio, so I am an Indians fan. But I loved watching the Reds play too. Joe Nuxhall was an amazing man. Loved to hear him call the games
I'm an equal opportunity fan. I cheer for whoever is winning at the time! 🤣 Seriously, I know close to nothing about baseball and am therefore very grateful for these videos.💕 Thank you for featuring the people behind the scenes, like the owners, broadcasters and president.
I enjoy watching your videos and look forward to the next one to be posted. I grew up in Alton IL and have been a St. Louis Cardinals fan. I attended many games growing up, including one when they played the Braves while on vacation in Atlanta. My dad went to a game while we were visiting friends in the San Francisco are and when we went to visit family in Long Beach CA. I would love to see their graves.
I’m like you listening to the Cincinnati Reds while going to sleep. We lived 10 miles from downtown and could hear the fireworks when a home run was hit. Good memories!
My team was the new York Yankees. But when I went to college on Cincinnati, at Temple Baptist College I did go to a Teds ballgame, when Pete Rose was chasing the hit title, He walked 4 tines. Great tour,
Love your work, brother. I grew up between Nashville and Greenville, SC before cable so I got Reds games in TN and Braves in SC so I’ve got love for both. One of the best experiences I have ever had was traveling to Great American to see the Braves and Reds. Nuxie was a hero to me as well. What a legend. Youngest pitcher of all time, threw back to back no hitters, and a phenomenal broadcaster. Keep up the great work!
Thanks for watching. My best friend growing up was a huge braves fan. We used to get tbs superstation here, so had some braves fans here. Thanks so much for watching.
Whittdocs Famous Graves your welcome and I was a big fan of the 1990s reds and really never saw the big red machine years of the reds with rose, bench etc. etc.
Crisley’s Field is the ball field they played on when I was a kid. I don’t remember what year they changed names from the Cincinnati Red Legs to the Cincinnati Red . We actually didn’t have a tv until November 1963. We listened to the radio. We got our 1st tv so my mom could watch JFK’s funeral.
Lived in Huntington WV during the 70’s & 80’s. My family were huge fans of the Big Red Machine. Went to as many games at Riverfront stadium as we could.
I grew up, at least for the first few years, with the Milwaukee Braves, with Hank Aaron, Eddie Mathews, Warren Spahn, and a young backup catcher named Bob Uecker, among others. Unfortunately, the Braves left town when I was 10. Today, my allegiances are still in Milwaukee, with the Brewers, and Uecker is now their broadcaster.
Been a Hoosier all my life. The Reds have always been my favorite MLB team. I'm much older than you so I remember the 70s heydays. My favorite will always be Joe Morgan.
My wife’s grandfather was a pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds the Baltimore orioles and the Philadelphia Phillies his name is Howie Fox and he was murdered in San Antonio TX in October of 1955 and he was buried in Eugene Oregon, he was married to Marilyn Hoselton and had 2 daughters Joanne Fox and Donna Fox.

Sorry I may be from Ohio and the I'm a die hard Cleveland Indians fan.
Did you watch the game last night? 🙂
Say what you want about Ole Marge, but she kept the Red's in the headlines as much as she could.
She sure did. And kept herself in the headlines too. Normally not for good reasons though.
Mostly bad publicity…..she was loud and course and a heavy drinker
