Patrick Opara how can you give Jesus the word away , and entangle it with Harvard, bulldogs , sports , ... dreams of the flesh Elijah , and elisha after there commitment gave all away to serve God alone , I hear the message in this video , and I throw away all the garbage , but if someone dislikes other then it being a troll perhaps they dislike the double standard message .... if you are selling a book to read or giving away money but only one or the other which will the baby Christians take ? Again I hear the message because I can hear the lords voice , but the empty of the spirit are hearing a modivational speaker ..... call of duty ???? What happened to the teaching of Jesus separate yourselves ...

Im sorry to have to say this but as a christian this sermon is nice but raises several concerns in my mind. I hear a lot of psychological oral drama to get the word of God to the masses but I wonder do we want people to become christian because they feel carried away by positive emotions evoked by a sermon or do we want people to become christians because they fall in love with the nature of God and His ethics and want to serve God no matter what. Superficial emotions alone without more substance wont help converts persevere when the world throws them to the modern proverbial lions. Jesus didnt preach like a rock star commedian or some self help psychologist, Jesus spoke with direct depth that was so deep His apostles often didnt understand Him. Jesus never used razzle dazzle tactics to get people to pay attention. If the whole world is converted by a sermon but falls away tomorrow due to a lack of foundation what good have we done for God or men. A spiritual sickness has hit .Lets preach like Jesus. This sermon reflects the social expectations that are placed on most preachers today which most succumb to. Instead of being A GOOD PREACHER why cant we just speak the truth like Jesus and be ready to be less respected by the crowd. This preacher hasnt said anything wrong I simply question his methods. When will preachers find the courage to be plain in the truth for the glory of GOD.

When Jesus spoke to fishermen he related to fishing (come with me and I will make you fishers of men) when he spoke to farmers he spoke of farming (the parable of the sower) and when he spoke to carpenters he spoke of carpentry (building you house on solid foundation) that's why he used these parables to relate. The people (including his disciples) because they fought with tradition (what they had been taught) (which was wrong) (they were driven by Jewish ego expecting a different Jesus) anyway that's the way I see it but still I feel somewhere down deep a touch of what your feel something just doesn't feel quite right.

I think u misread this preacher. He actually break down “The Story of Elisha” in this video with clarity. That was the reason I searched for a video version of this story after reading the entire chapter in 2nd Kings myself before reading your worthless comment.Give him credit not criticism for the sake of appearing more wiser. Go and read that story in Standard English or King James Version and then come and watch this video. You will see how helpful this video is....
