This needs to be made a mod. Literally all of the assets are in the game already.
Anyone here old enough to remember a game for NES and Genesis called The Immortal? This reminds me of that.

I was kinda really hoping for my character to get webbed up, ngl
agreed! is always a little immersion breaking when you go into spider caves in RPGs and see lots of the spiders previous victims webbed-up hanging from the ceiling, but then when your character gets beaten the spiders just wander off like "nah CBA!"
Too bad the Dragon can't have lunch 🤷♂
indeed! i would have loved some QTEs in this game!
there are a few QTEs, but you literally can't fail them :(

not an ingame scenario unfortunately!
you can get webbed, but it just stuns for a few seconds and then you get back up.
i used freecam and a flying/noclip mod along with time altering / pausing to make this.
imho all games with spider enemies should have a webby game over if you fail to spiders!

not for the character, but i had mods to make these videos (like freecam, noclip and slow time)
