The reality is Israel exist on occupation of Palestine and since 1948 Israel kept expanding while palastine kept shrinking.

Though Hamas refused to recognize Israel but they agreed to permanent ceasefire with 1967 Borders.
What they refuse to do is commit mistake of PLO.
PLO laid down arms recognised Israel but Israel never accepted a Palestinian state and continues to occupy Palestinian land in West Bank.
Guess what Fatah/ PA affirmed Israel's right to exist but they still dont get full statehood or freedom or security in their own lands (the 1967 borders internationall recognized by the US and Europe), free from daily violence and abuse from illegal Israeli settlers.

To understand this very long conflict, you first have to learn the known history. When I say history, I do not mean 100 years, you gotta go back 3700 years.
