Your hair looks good as usual. This is how I usually refresh my wash n go. This time I did a braid out to refresh it but I haven’t taken my braids out yet because it’s raining today and I didn’t have to leave the house.

I’ve done both, but u prefer the wash and go into a twist out.
I actually only wear twist outs this way 😩 lol. I feel like a twist out on freshly washed hair for me is uggglleeeeeee 😂

🤣too funny. I'm sure your hair is not uggglleeeeeee. I was happy with the definition and longevity, especially since it got me through the days I needed it to because I was not in the mood to do a whole wash. But wet hair definitely defines better than damp. Thanks for tuning in.

I have done this before. I get it sometimes you don't feel like washing your hair. It's a good way to prolong your style in between wash days.

I do it all the time, because I don't think my wash n go look as nice! Just washed my hair today! Had a week (7 days) long twist out after a 3 day wash n go!! I used the doux sexy bee mousse & refreshed with water & a little the doux big poppa gel! Received so many compliments! I will definitely try aunt jackies' products!

It came out cute! 🥰💜 I used to do that to my WnG if something came up on wash day, but I mostly avoid twist-outs because mine always look like a WnG. However, since the CCCA diagnosis, I can't use that refresh method at all because my scalp won't let me.

Hi Rae I love this type of video and it turned out great to me. I thought to do a twist out from an old wng previously when I first started thinking about how to use up my stash but never followed through because I am not good at twist outs. This video came right on time because I actually went straight to my room and did a twist out on my old wng 😂 as soon as I finished watching the video. This would be day 4 for me not counting wash day and I will update you tomorrow on how it turned out. This is also a good way for me to practice my twist out techniques. I used water and some Mielle hair milk as my wash day was all Mielle products except I used the Aunt Jackee’s don’t shrink gel and wow the water sure activated that gel 🤭
I'm glad this video sparked you to try doing a twist out to stretch out your wash day. I can't wait to hear how it turns out, and yes, the water definitely reactivates the gel. With that being said, don't be surprised if your twist seem really shrunken. Wishing for the best🤞🏾
@@NaturalRaeRae Hi Rae my results were a hot mess 😂 it was frizzy and the shrinkage was not cute. I did not add much water or hair milk but I know it was human error on my part. I need to do twist outs regularly until I get them to look how I want them to look then I can try this again. Well I wanted to let you know how it turned out now on to you next video that I noticed you uploaded 🤗
Day 5 still looks REALLY good. I think you could have gotten away with just using a little warm water and conditioner. I get using the foam for a little extra hold. Great results achieved when you’re not quite ready to wash; just wanting to refresh your style. Luv the fluff and definition. Thx for all that you do. You Rock!
