I like how you mentioned all welders that's awesome!!! Because that's what's about we all share the same passion and everyone of us are working together keeping America running strong weather your a Miller guy Lincoln we all are doing what we love thanks for the videos I enjoy them. I bought the pro 300 but I use mine to weld and repair scrapyard machinery, I love the machine I would recommend it to anyone that wants a Miller but can't fork out the extra for a pipe pro.

Jacob, the end of this video matters right now. Great work Bro, keep it up. I am a cop who is just now exploring new trades in life. I appreciate all of the work and what you have put out here on youtube. Keep it going! Especially now in 2021.

Hello Jacob just saw your video.I've been using a Big blue 300 pro for a week and I really like it.It has the 6010 and 7018 soft and crisp arc which is nice anf you Can make your weld stack how you want or make it look rather its a very smooth running machine.I've been a pipe welder for 26 years and I am a hard core lincoln guy but I have to admit these new Millers have come around. Its really coming down to the color preference LOL! .What ive been told is that Lincoln customer service sucks compared to Miller.NOTHING will ever replace an old Lincoln pipeliner , The looks, how they sound and that arc! in my opinion. The ac power of the Miller's are incredible.I like your rig most important your humility.I love both.Use tje miller for a while and then get yourself a New lincoln MP 300 haha.God bless Augie Avila

Awesome video Schofield! Good lookin machine. When I started that's why I bought a Vantage 300. People made fun of me for it and said it was a waste of time compared to sticking with a SA200 but now it seems the trend is changing. Always loved being able to run whatever I want.

I currently have the same machine Mitsubishi engine, wireless remote also ( not to much of a fan either but am working with it) , I’ve run heavy big bore to ..... .375 small bore. Runs very good. Yes, consistent...... that comes from all the internal electronics in the machine. Very smooth little different that a Lincoln..... 200 or a newer 300. The generator power alone is worth it’s weight in gold. I have Tig welded straight off the machine doing lube oil lines on a compressor station..... al I can say is awesome !!! Lights smooth pulls out smooth. So far I’m happy......2200 hours I had to replace brushes ( not happy about that) when speaking to Miller about that they said depending on the usage of that machine they have seen those brushes go anywhere from 1800 hrs to 3000 hrs. The gentleman I bought my machine from did a lot of heavy wall pipeline welding he retired and I bought it from him second day I owned it I was replacing brushes it’s just one little things tit for tat when you get into these machines. I’ve owned a Lincoln but I have favored Miller Far more. I still own my original machine I started with which is a Miller 350d trail blazer model..... with a Kabota engine. Little higher revving RPM machine but I love that machine this one here kind a like you still try to figure out that arc control. But like anything the more you use them the more you figure them out the more comfortable you will be with your gear.

ive welded with those pipe pro 350s a lot and they are a real nice machine , the one thing ur Lincoln will do better is freeze metal , u wont ever really notice until ur on like say 24" 500 wall and capping without stringers they are just very watery and I find don't hold metal back like the lincolns, good videos!

    • @user-mt9tn1ni4g

Lincoln's freeze the weld puddle better than Miller's.."" is that really your statement and are you sticking to that""".."" so in your mind"" it's the welding machine that is responsible for how fast the weld puddle cools??? WOW!!!

I've always been a lincoln man myself, love my SA-200, SAE-300 MP, and Cross Country 300 but I also love my Miller Big Blue 400 PipePro. The first time I used a Miller was a job and my SAE-300 MP broke down and the shop I took it to only had a Miller Big Blue 350 PipePro to use while they fixed my welder. It took me awhile practicing on scrape metal to get used to the miller but when I figured it out, it blew my expectations aways.

@@JacobSchofield I get laughed and poked at when I show up on a jobsite with a miller but after I strike that arc they all go quite. I'm just glad I wasn't too stubborn to not take a miller then had enough patience to read the manual and practice with it. I know my great grandfather and grandfather are rolling in their graves at the fact I'm using a miller.
