The surgeon suggested fillers and Botox instead, but I insisted on a natural, longer-lasting solution. He only offers local anesthesia, which made me unsure because I’ve read that local anesthesia might be less effective for fat grafting. Since you had successful fat grafting, could you let me know if you opted for local or general anesthesia? I didn't like how the surgeon pushed for fillers, even though he's highly recommended.
