Excellent content in all regards !!! Thanks...Really like the DIY manner in which you demonstrate in most all your videos I've viewed. (keeping the freezer full)
Thanks for binge watching... Wahoo season is just around the corner. I like making my own rigs, that way I can only blame myself if something goes wrong. Thanks for your continued support. Be safe out there. Tight lines & take care ;)
Thanks a million for watching and leaving some great feedback. If you're into wahoo fishing... I recently uploaded another "how to" video on high speed trolling & building wahoo lures. Here's the link: ruclips.net/video/aX7lU6adTVE/видео.html It's a little more detailed, and I go over some different lures and explain more about the tactic of targeting the hoos. Thanks again for the support. Tight lines & take care ;)
Thanks a million for watching and leaving some positive feedback. I truly appreciate the support, makes all the effort worthwhile. Tight lines & take care ;)
Thanks a million for watching and leaving some positive feedback. I've been fishing almost my whole life. Constantly learning through my failures. Take care :)
Thanks a million for watching and leaving some great feedback. I truly appreciate it and your support for the channel. Thanks again. Tight lines & take care ;)
Great job Heath, I sure miss going off shore but that's why I love watching you folks.Great tips brother, We can always learn something and just doing the trailer hooks like that I learned something.Man I really have to clean my garage after looking at yours lol. Keep having fun!
Robert, thanks again for watching. Sometimes I'll look at my garage and just go to town throwing out lots. I usually do a fire drill clean up before I film. When the weather calms down a little, I'm gonna wait for the right moon phase and go out and hopefully have a good showing of high speed trolling. I appreciate you taking time out to stop by. Take care. Until next time, tight lines & good vibes.
Great lure, I`ll make a couple of those and I`ll let you know , but to be honest I already give up on the wahoo in our waters I`m one of those guys that get up 4:00 am and speed troll till like 9:00 up and down boca , Delray even to Deerfield and all I get are tunas, I know is not the lures its me :) David C. Tight Lines.
Hi David, I get the same results, Tuna Tuna Tuna, but when that wahoo bites it makes all that effort 100% worth it. I do the same thing, up at 4am on the water by 630am and nit the high speed if the conditions are right. I catch them periodically, up and down the tri-county area, just takes persistence and luck. Thanks a million for taking time to watch and comment, I truly appreciate it. Take care. Until next time, tight lines & good vibes.
Thanks a million for watching and leaving some positive feedback. Glad you learned something. Be sure to check out my other wahoo lure tutorial at this link ruclips.net/video/CTKlo7z923Y/видео.html it's more thorough. Tight lines & take care ;)
FJF, thanks for watching. When the weather settles down I'm gonna wait for the right moon phase and get out high speed trolling. Hopefully I'll have success and be able to show what it's like to catch a wahoo. Take care. Until next time, tight lines & good vibes.
That is really cool Heath! Why do some people frown upon using the wire like that? Do they consider it more reliable to bend it themselves? Catching a Wahoo is on my bucket list of fish! Tight lines man!!
Nathan, thanks for taking time to watch. Excellent bucket list fish. You're spot on, people would rather make their own rig, I think the factory wire works great, I've never had one fail and they come with a clear coat that conceals it a little bit more. But, everyone has their own way doing things and there is no right or wrong way, it's just what you want to do.
@@SouthFloridaSaltwaterFishing That makes sense man. Does the clear coat help to resist rusting caused by the saltwater? I read that and was not sure if it helped or not. The salt air alone seems to eventually eat away at everything here in NC. Saltwater is a whole other critter. I maybe cleaned my rods and reels twice a year when I fished freshwater only. Now it seems like I have to clean my saltwater rod and reel after every use to avoid the saltwater eating at it.
Nathan saltwater seems to be more corrosive than battery acid. I have to clean everything every trip. Salt deposits actually destroyed my last engine. The clear coat definitely does stop the rust, I think in a weird way it helps conceal the wire.
@@SouthFloridaSaltwaterFishing That is what I had read when I was researching leaders. I figured I would ask someone experienced though. Wes Lovelace has also given me a lot of good tips on saltwater fishing. You should check out his channel if you have not already. I think y'all would/will hit it off. He lives in Florida as well.
John thanks a million for watching. Always a pleasure to hear from you. So, this could possibly be some foreshadowing of what may or may not be coming up in the next full moon... hint hint... High speed trolling is definitely one of my favorite trolling techniques, because one you find the fish, the bite is big and unstoppable. Also, wahoo are pack feeders, so I've learned over the years to go for another one once you've got one on the line. Take care, I appreciate you taking out time to watch. Until next time, tight lines & good vibes.
Desmond thanks a million for watching. Hopefully I can get out and use it soon. But, we're about ready to have a front pass through later today, so I don't know about this weekend. Take care. Until next time, tight lines & good vibes.
Alberto, thanks for stopping by to watch & comment, I truly appreciate it. It definitely is a big rig and an acquired skill to fish for them this way. If you ever have the opportunity to get out and do it with someone, I suggest definitely doing. Literally, nothing else like it. Super exciting and there is no other line screaming out faster from any other fish in the world. Take care. Until next time, tight lines & good vibes.
Glad you enjoyed. I'm ready to get out and do some high speed trolling and hook into one. Not only would it make a stellar episode, the make the best sushi and grillled fillets. Take care. It's always a pleasure to hear from you :)
Thanks you sir. I'm ready to get out and go for one. Just waiting for the right conditions. Hope your winter isn't to brutal. Take care. Until next time, tight lines & good vibes.
Thanks a million for watching and asking a great question. Line twist is caused by a couple of thing.. a spinning lure, like a spoon, when trolling... reeling on a spinner when you are not gathering line... and spooling the reel incorrectly. to correct the problem you are currently having, if you are using a conventional reel, try getting up to trolling speed and letting out your line with nothing on it, let out almost all of your line.... then reel it in, this should straighten out any twists... if it's a spinner empty the reel and start over. when you spool a spinner, set the spool on the ground with the label facing up, keep light pressure on the line and fill the spool up. Hope this helps. Tight lines & take care ;)
Thanks a million Wes. I thoroughly enjoy high speed trolling and hunting them down. Lots of times it's slim pickin's but when you get the hook-up, there's no other fishing quite like it. I appreciate you taking time out to watch & support. Until next time, tight lines & good vibes.
Thanks a million for stopping by to watch, I appreciate your enthusiasm for being one of the first views, it makes all the effort behind making an episode worth while. Take care. Until next time, tight lines & good vibes

How do you prevent line from twisting used swivels still twist
