A little pricey for what and where it is. There was alot of wasted work here. The stone tile garage floor for instance. That'll be great right up until the truck pulls in on a rainy day with something wrong and leaks oil all over the place. One more thought you guys, stop saying it's "only" $400 thousand bucks. Most people feel belittled and insulted cause they're not walking aroung with four hundred grand in their pocket like it's chump change. That is not nor has it ever been a million dollar home. The house where I grew up in Northridge, california sold for $66 grand brand new in 1964. Now it's a 54 year old pile of crap but because it's in the San Fernando Valley, the price is over $800k. That house isnt worth a 3rd of that and I wouldnt even consider anything over around $250k for yours. Sorry boys. Not worth it.
