How do you plan to increase the organic matter?
Low Iron, Must be that the grass is using up the iron at the rates you are putting out. Which is good.
If anything is High id be asking why the "soil" is not using it up.

The iron but was a joke it was fairly high. As for the organic matter 4.0 is plenty. I won't work on adding any more. Don't want mushy soil
