If Lamar is average at best with his stats what’s your case for mahomes? He only had 20 more passing yards but 100+ less total yards and an interception. Obv Mahomes is the better qb but Lamar actually played very well and looked like he’s taking a leaders role. It’s week 1 and dude just won MVP last year. I’m not the guy that blames refs, but this game was different. The big stand out no call was spag, the dc calling an illegal timeout and it being granted. Don’t tell me Andy called it because that’s only 1 guy who claims that and is running with it, and that guy happens to be a sports journalist in KC. Weird how the announcers and anyone else didn’t see it, but this unbiased journalist did. I mean the announcers on a live broadcast said that the ref at the back pylon saw spag before the official closest to him, nothing was said about Reid.
